Itinerary
- Day 1
Cairo
You'll land at Cairo International Airport where your guide meets you for the drive to your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle. After checking in, there's a meeting with the tour manager to go over the itinerary and confirm pickup times for the days ahead. A welcome drink comes with this, and you'll spend the night in Cairo.

Saqqara - Memphis
Following breakfast, your guide takes you to Giza Plateau to see the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus, along with the Sphinx and Valley Temple. The Solar Boat museum requires an extra ticket. After lunch at a restaurant, you'll head to Saqqara for the Djoser Pyramid and Saqqara Complex, then finish at Memphis, the Old Kingdom's capital. You'll stay overnight in Cairo.

- Day 3
Cairo to Aswan
After breakfast, you'll check out and go to the Egyptian Museum to see Tutankhamen's treasures and other artifacts. Next comes the Saladin Citadel and Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque, followed by Coptic Cairo with the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue. From there, you'll walk through Islamic Cairo's Khan El Khalili bazaar. Later in the afternoon, you transfer to Giza railway station for the sleeper train to Aswan, with dinner and breakfast served on board.

Aswan
You arrive at Aswan station and transfer to your hotel. This day is flexible for exploring Aswan's sights or resting if you need it. The optional Abu Simbel tour can be scheduled for day 5 if you prefer. You'll overnight in Aswan.

Aswan
After hotel breakfast, you'll transfer to board your Nile River cruise. Lunch comes on board before you visit the High Dam, Philae Temple dedicated to Isis and Hathor, and the Unfinished Obelisk. Dinner is on board, and you'll spend the night in Aswan.

Edfu
The boat sails to Kom Ombo where breakfast is served on board. You'll visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, shared by gods Sobek and Haeroris. Continuing to Edfu, lunch happens on board before you see the Horus Temple, the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt. Afternoon tea during sailing to Esna, then dinner and overnight on board.

Luxor
Sailing to Luxor with breakfast on board, you'll visit the West Bank to explore the Valley of the Kings, the royal cemetery of 62 Pharaohs. Then you'll see the mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El-Deir El-Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. Lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner all happen on board with overnight in Luxor.

Luxor to Hurghada
After breakfast on board, you'll disembark from the cruise. Morning visits include Karnak and Luxor temples. In the afternoon, you transfer to Hurghada on the Red Sea, about a 3.5 hour drive. Lunch is included, and you'll overnight in Hurghada.

Hurghada
The day is entirely free in Hurghada. You can try optional diving and snorkeling among Red Sea coral reefs to see rare fish, or pick from windsurfing, sailing, and deep-sea fishing. Overnight in Hurghada.

Hurghada to Cairo
You'll have breakfast at your hotel, then free time to relax. Later, you transfer to the bus station and take the first class coach back to Cairo, approximately a 6 hour drive. Once there, your assistant meets you for the transfer to your Cairo hotel. After checking in, you have free time to yourself. Overnight in Cairo.

Cairo
Have breakfast at your Cairo hotel and enjoy free time before your flight. You'll check out and transfer to Cairo International Airport for your departure.
