Well organized, Franco, tour director, was amazing, went out of the way to accommodate everyone and provided many historical facts; Salvatore, the driver, was excellent, Omar from Soleto Travel was very accommodating and responded to each request. One thing I would change- eliminate fish market in Palermo and go ona tour inside Massimo Teatro instead. Overall, great tour. Food was ok, some local foods were not edible but maybe it’s just me. I chose this tour for the advantage of being monolingual in English, we wanted to avoid the stress of guides committed to translating in different languages and being with a group too numerous. the experience was excellent, the hotels included were all of excellent quality with good location in the center of the cities visited.   We do usually use a 21 seater VAN. I would classify it as moderate active, especially because the visits to the various attractions and cities sometimes involve long walks.

  The transfers are optional, not included in the tour cost - the transfer from Catania Airport to the Hotel costs Euro 40,00 - while the departure one from Taormina at the end of the tour costs Euro 120,00
