  When you will make the quote, please keep in mind that we are two adults. And I also want to clarify that you need not to worry about additional accommodation. If we get there on Sunday, we will arrange our own accommodation. However, kindly advise me that on the 23rd of October (return date), I am getting a flight at 13.40 h from Windhoek to Joburg. Is it safe to book this flight? Will you be able to drop us at the airport timeously? Also let me know the terms and conditions of the tour. Can we make part payment to book the space, and remaining payment can be done closer to the date or upfront? Can I pay you in ZAR (South African Rands)? God forbid, in case of unforeseen circumstances if someone needs to cancel the tour...how is it done?

  Don't you have a later flight. I am just afraid if there is other clients on the same tour, then there will be issues as we will then have to depart much earlier. As with payment you need to pay online on this platform with visa or Mastercard. Terms and conditions are listed. We will need a deposit to conform the tour , then final payment closer to time. Please see terms and conditions on this platform. I think it will be best to find another flight as you will need to be in Windhoek 11h30-12h00 to make it for that flight. That will be pushing it.
