    Thank you for sharing the traveler’s feedback. We are sorry to hear that some aspects of the experience did not fully meet their expectations. We take every review seriously and have already discussed the feedback with our guide and team. Regarding the Alexandria lunch, there appears to have been a misunderstanding concerning the restaurant arrangements. We understand that the travelers had made a reservation at Blue Harbor Restaurant, and we will make sure that any pre-arranged restaurant reservation is followed exactly in future. Regarding the comment about being left alone, our guide explained that there was significant congestion during the visit to the Coptic area due to a religious service, and the group became briefly separated in the crowded area. There was no intention to leave the travelers unattended, but we understand how this situation could have made them uncomfortable. We are pleased that the travelers rated the guide positively, and we appreciate their feedback. We will use these comments to further improve communication and coordination during our private tours.
