Itinerary
- Day 1
High Atlas Mountains to Dades Valley
Your hotel will pick you up early and head toward the High Atlas Mountains, crossing through Tizi n'Tichka Pass where you'll stop for panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. From there, you'll drive into traditional Berber mud villages to see how locals live in these remote mountain settlements. The main focus is Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a UNESCO site with incredible clay architecture that's been used as a film set many times. After grabbing lunch in the village, you'll continue on to Ouarzazate and pass through the Valley of Roses before settling into Dades Valley for the night.

- Day 2
Dades Valley to Merzouga Desert
After breakfast, you'll head out toward Merzouga, traveling along the edges of the Sahara Desert and passing through Berber villages along the way. Once you arrive, experienced camel drivers will take you on a camel ride into the Erg Chebbi dunes, which is where you'll reach the desert camp. You'll have time to settle in and relax before dinner happens under the stars, and then you're spending the night right there in the desert.

Merzouga Desert
Get up early to catch the sunrise, and after breakfast at the hotel you'll have the day to yourself. The swimming pool at the hotel is available for you to use, and you can explore desert activities at your own pace. If you're interested, quad biking, buggy riding, and sandboarding are all options but cost extra. Dinner happens at the Kasbah hotel where you'll stay the night.

Landmarks Merzouga Desert - Day 4
Merzouga Desert to Marrakesh
You'll leave the desert and start heading back toward Marrakesh on an alternate route that takes you through villages like Alnif, Nkoub, and Agdez. Along the way you'll see the longest river in Morocco and get views of the Draa Valley. Lunch happens in one of the villages, then you'll cross the Anti-Atlas Mountains before heading through the High Atlas Mountains again. You should arrive in Marrakesh by late afternoon when you'll get dropped off at your hotel.
