Many of our guests enjoy the possibility of showing appreciation to our dedicated team, so we provide the option to pre-pay gratuities or alternatively extend them at the end of the trip. Still, all gratuities do remain voluntary; however, we truly regret to learn that this was not communicated to you during the time of your booking.
