  I will be working on getting a group together for one of the dates. In the meantime, please provide me with the names of the hotels/ecolodges/longhouse. Also, what is the maximum size of each group?

  Maximum group size is 12 people however, if you're looking to put together a private group then we will need to put you in contact with our Tailor Made team who will assist you further and there is typically no limit to group size. We do not have a standard accommodations list as lodging can change at anytime depending on departure date. Also if you choose to do a tailor made private trip them we have the ability to look at different properties rather than the standard ones used.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 2nd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 2nd, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Intrepid Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
