What's the cost of hotel if I arrive 1 or 2 days earlier? What's the name of the hotel? Would this mean I have to pay for my own airport transfer? What's the cost?

This trip is not operating in October 2024, the latest date we have available is the Sat, 08 Jun - Sun, 16 Jun.

Is international airfare included?

International air fare is not included as travellers will be joining from anywhere in the world, so it is not possible to include these in the cost of the tour price. You would be required to arrange these yourself.

How many public transport will be used during this tour and will there be long waiting times? What star rating hotels will be used during this tour? Is there a departure transfer on the last day?

There is no public transport included on this trip other than the plane. Hotels are comfortable, clean accommodations. The departure transfer back to the airport is not included. You can arrange a local taxi through the front desk of the hotel.

What is your single room supplement fee for this tour? Looking for early 2024.

The single room for this tour is 679 AUD extra, or you can share with another solo traveller of the same gender on the tour free of charge

The cost of the single supplement is 499 USD for this date.

I am inquiring about Covid 19 vaccination. I had my 2 Pfizer vaccines and two boosters, the last in April 2022. Also, I had tested positive in October 2022, and fully recovered by November1. I do have vaccination certification, do you need anything in addition in order to go on December 24 trip?

G Adventures doesn't ask for any proof of vaccination, there is a short medical form we ask you to complete after confirming the tour however. We would advise that you check with the country's travel advice if they require anything at immigration however, as this may differ from our tour requirements to enter the country.

What is the size of the group? What does private transport mean, a car, a bus, a minivan? Rather worried about the long vehicle journeys as older people need more bathroom breaks. Is there a bathroom on the coach?

The maximum group size is 16 people for this trip. We cannot guarantee a bathroom on the bus but the driver will make stops.

Is a covid vaccine required for this tour?

All travellers must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with one of the following vaccines: Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, Janssen/Johnson and Johnson, or Astra Zeneca/COVIDShield prior to the first day of the tour. All travellers who are fully vaccinated with Novavax, Sinopharm BBIBP-CorV (VeroCell), Sinovac-CoronaVac, and Covavaxin (Bharat Biotech) must also provide negative results from a COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test taken within 24 hours prior to the first day of the tour.

You should rethink the itinerary on this tour. You should take into consideration your client demographics as well. Your pre-trip communication could use improvement. It felt like I was communicating with a bot. You have good employees. Conceptually, the three city tour is good. It is in the execution of the tour that things become problematic. You can’t help the traffic in Mexico City but you certainly can anticipate it and modify your timing/approach to traveling in and out of the city. DShow more
