Will you be able to provide vegetarian food?

On this tour 4 breakfasts and 1 three course dinner is included, we will definately let our local team know you are vegetarian. The breakfasts are buffet style but generally have cereals and breads also. For lunches and dinners you will have the option to purchase meals of your choice.

Yes — the itinerary includes a visit to Rovaniemi where our passengers get to explore this beautiful Arctic town, home to Santa Claus village since 1985.

If the price decreases further, we won't be able to honour the lower rate - just as we wouldn't increase it if the price goes up. As this tour tends to fill up very quickly, I'd recommend booking sooner rather than later to secure your spot.

With the activities are they guaranteed and if they were to be cancelled is there alternate activity?

In November weather is usually very good around Rovaniemi, so all the optional activities should be available. Obviously, the weather is unpredictable, and sometimes we can't offer the activities, and in this case, our local team will offer some alternative arrangements.

Santa Claus Village is located about 7km outside Rovaniemi where our hotels are located, so it's about 10 minute's drive. The hotel in Rovaniemi, where we stay for 3 nights, accommodates 2 people in each room (twin or double bed), and the Glass Igloos (at the Arctic Snow Hotel), where we stay for 1 night, can accommodate from 2 to 4 people in each igloo.

My client asked when the best time of year would be for this trip? Since this is a bucketlist trip, they want to make sure to book for the right time of year.

There is too much much to say about how wonderful this trip was. From my first hotel Santa Clause hotel in the town of Rovaniemi, to the one night in a glass igloo at the arctic snow hotel it was epic!!!!! Husky sledding was so much fun, I entertained everyone by venturing off track and throwing myself and my passengers into deep snow it was hilarious. The reindeer sleigh ride was wonderful, through an enchanting forest with snow topped trees, snow falling on my face I was laying there thinking wow this is the life! Breakfast was lovely. Then wow to the arctic snow hotel, I've literally been telling every single person I meet they must go, the ice bar was great with banging tunes and having a cheeky shot then throwing the glass against the wall, it was so much fun. I also had a 3 course meal in the ice restaurant that night and it was delicious and such a beautiful place surrounded by ice carvings although -7 inside and that night it was -18 lol. Wow to the glass igloo, it was epic again I can't stop using that word, it was so comfortable and cosy inside compared to the bitter cold outside, lying on the bed looking at the stars and then seeing the northern lights was wonderful. The breakfast the next day was I think the best I've had anywhere in the world. Lingonberry crumble with caramel sauce...was only my starter lol. I have no complaint except for one incident, which was taken care of. The reason I'm sharing it is so it doesn't happen to the next customer. We were scheduled for a 2h husky safari from 14:00-16:30. From your office we we're scheduled for a transfer at 16:45 to Arctic Snow Hotel. Their wasn't enough time between so we were without a transfer to our hotel. We called ahead but they didn't wait. Our sweet tour guide drove us to the hotel and helped us arrange a new dinner reservations for a later time. Other then that everything was great.Show more
