7-Day Finland Tour Packages
Finland means different things depending on the season - Rovaniemi up north for winter with Northern Lights across Lapland's forests, or Vaikko's wilderness for summer with rivers and old-growth woods. Finnish landscapes stretch from northern reindeer territory down through central forests where lakes and rapids define the terrain. The country's wilderness areas stay pretty quiet regardless of which region you're exploring, and Helsinki is always a vibe.

7 Days in Finnish Lapland, incl. Rovaniemi and Saariselkä
This 7-day trip covers 4 spots—Rovaniemi, Ranua, Luosto, and Saariselkä—with private transfers throughout. You'll dig for amethysts at Lampivaara Mine, check out Sámi culture at the museum in Inari, and hunt for Northern Lights on snowmobile safaris and from Kaunispää hilltop.

- Day 1
Rovaniemi Arrival & First Northern Lights Hunt
Arriving at Rovaniemi Airport is straightforward. You'll reach the city center in just 15 minutes from this small but well-organized airport. Take time to rest after check-in before your first Arctic experience. Your evening starts with a traditional Lappish gathering in a kota (Finnish hut) deep in the forest. Bring plenty of warm layers as nighttime temperatures often drop below -20°C (-4°F).

- Day 2
Ranua Wildlife Park
Start your day early with an 80km drive south to Ranua Wildlife Park. The scenic drive through snowy forests takes about 1.5 hours. You'll find 50 Arctic species here including Finland's only polar bears. A recent visitor suggested: "Visit the polar bears before noon - they're most active during their morning feeding time."

- Day 3
Luosto & Saariselkä Adventure
- Day 4
Sámi Culture & Snowmobile Safari
- Day 5
Santa Claus Village & Arctic Activities
- Day 6
Winter Activities & Glass Igloo
Start with morning snowshoeing. It's not too difficult but you'll need some energy. Next up is ice fishing where guides help with hole drilling. Bring hand warmers for the wait. Your night in a glass igloo is a trip highlight. One guest recommended: "Set your alarm for 2 AM - that's when we saw the most spectacular aurora display."

- Day 7
Snow Castle & Departure
