How is the weather in June. And visibly in the mountains. Also. Is this only open to female travelers

Tibet trip is open for all travelers, whether man or woman. The weather would be nice on June July since it is located at 3656 meters high above the sea level, so there would be the low probability of rainfall. Tibet will be open from April 15 for all travelers from the world.
