Given that you consisted only two people, and considering the additional local guides we arranged in locations like Fez, Marrakesh, Essaouira..etc, along with hotels that exceeded your budget, we incurred unexpected additional expenses . Notably, during your tour, you requested room upgrades to luxurious suites in various hotels, which was a departure from the standard arrangements. We accommodated these requests with no extra charges, despite the fact that all our guests had consistently enjoyed the hotels chosen for their tours over the years. This resulted in additional costs beyond far our initial estimates.
Regarding the hotel in Marrakesh, we provided you with a luxurious five-star establishment as a special birthday gift from our team. Our hotel selections always prioritize quality and comfort, and these choices are informed by our extensive experience and feedback from our many satisfied customers. Moreover, we make it a point to provide the names of the selected hotels in our tours lists for public to review online before booking, ensuring transparency in our choices.
