  We are pleased with the itinerary, which provided a great overview to Morocco, visiting many interesting cities and towns and traveling though Morocco's diverse landscapes. Cultural Morocco Tours was very responsive during the booking process and communication throughout the tour was flawless. Our guide / driver, Yassine, is a real professional: attentive to our intersts, eager to engage on any topic we mentioned and careful on the highway. The vehicle was well maintained. Our only criticism would be less than comfortable legroom in back seat of our car.Show more

  Our 15 day tour was full of hits and misses. The hotels were a lot lower quality overall than we expected for the money paid for the tour. Our Abdul and Fuad were just THE most beautiful men who made us feel well and truely looked after. The best part for us were the local guides used in Marrakesh, Fez and Essaouira, they made those destinations that much more special. The dessert camp and camel ride, dinner and music were a highlight for sure. We just feel from day one, were were just dropped off at hotels and had to navigate any sightseeing on our own. Being on the other side of the world in a foreign culture, we felt it was confronting. Overall, the meals included were poor quality, accommodation standard poor for the money paid. At the end of our time we had fallen in love with a magnificent country and the amazing people of Morocco.Show more

Throughout your journey with us, you had the privilege of relishing personalized services and special attention. Given that you consisted only two people, and considering the additional local guides we arranged in locations like Fez, Marrakesh, Essaouira..etc, along with hotels that exceeded your budget, we incurred unexpected additional expenses . Notably, during your tour, you requested room upgrades to luxurious suites in various hotels, which was a departure from the standard arrangements. We accommodated these requests with no extra charges, despite the fact that all our guests had consistently enjoyed the hotels chosen for their tours over the years. This resulted in additional costs beyond far our initial estimates. Regarding the hotel in Marrakesh, we provided you with a luxurious five-star establishment as a special birthday gift from our team. Our hotel selections always prioritize quality and comfort, and these choices are informed by our extensive experience and feedback from our many satisfied customers. Moreover, we make it a point to provide the names of the selected hotels in our tours lists for public to review online before booking, ensuring transparency in our choices.   Thanks to Tourradar and Cultural morocco tours! We used this company to book a 2 week trip for our family. They had great travel suggestions and provided very personalized service. we are very lucky booked this itinerary, all the accommodation, transport and extras like hiking guides. It made for carefree holiday planning, and we loved it very much. The road trip out to the desert camp was the absolute highlight. Our driver Zakaria was very informative, friendly and good company, and shared lots of insights into the area and the way of life, history and cuture. The camp is just fantastic. Loved the whole experience, just wished we could have stayed longer! Highly recommended.Show more
