Bei der Organisation bzw.Information über den Reiseablauf und was im in dem gezahlten Preis bereits enthalten ist, ist noch viel Luft nach oben!!! Der Itinerary aus dem Internet ist vollkommen unbrauchbar. Die Abholung am Flughafen entspricht nicht dem was angegegen wurde. Absolut null Support bei Arrival! 3/4 Stunde Suche nach dem Fahrer. Der Fahrer hatte ein Schild wo irgendetwas drauf stand, nur nicht der Name. Das Schild war unbrauchbar. So konnte man den Fahrer nicht finden. Positiv ist nur der Reiseführer hervorzuheben und das Hotel. Der Reiseleiter Sameh war sachkkundig und freundlich. Das Hotel war nicht so schlecht, wie die negativen Bewertungen im Internet befürchten ließen. Es ist für die Ausflüge günstig gelegen. Wegen der mangelnden Organisation würde ich die Reise bei dem Veranstalter nicht noch einmal buchen bzw. weiterempfehlen.Show more

You may have a personal one-to-one guide (and not a group guide) at all times, who may strongly recommend shopping in particular places rather than others based on his own personal preference, however you can always politely decline. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 40 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
