Even though I am arriving late in the day of 10 October, am I able to join your tour that commences on this day. Am I able to join your tour even though I am over 70 yo? I am 74yo and very fit and healthy. I do multi day hikes. Immediately prior to Tunisia, I will have walked across Sicily and done a multi day walk in Malta.

Yes, you can still join the tour on 10 October. As the first day is mainly spent on-site in Djerba Island and there is no activity planned for this day. Yes, you are very welcome to join the tour. Age is not a restriction as long as you are fit and healthy, which from your description is certainly the case.
