I'm traveling with a group of 4 adults and 1 8-year-old child. 3 adults will be landing in HCMC very early in the morning, and the rest of the party will land around 5:30pm in the evening. Will it be possible for our group to make the tour starting on 4/4/26?

Yes, there is only an airport pick-up on the first day, so you can arrive at any time. Whether your party lands in the early morning or at 5:30 PM, our driver will be there to meet each group separately and transfer you to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. There are no sightseeing activities scheduled for Day 1, so your evening arrivals will not miss any part of the tour.

Can you book me on a twin sharing with a female tourist? I noticed that there is an additional fee for internal flight to hanoi and tour fee of $419 cad? Am I correct or is this amount included in the $579 cad?

We cannot guarantee twin sharing with another tourist. Your booking would require one double/twin room for your friends and one single room for you. Total Upfront Price is $1,586.00 USD. Total Local Payment Due on Arrival: $897.00 USD.

Will there be someone available to pick us up from the airport at that time to go to the hotel?

Airport transfers are included as part of your tour package. Arrivals or departures scheduled between 10:00 PM (22:00) and 6:00 AM will incur an after-hours surcharge. The fee for this late-night pick-up is US$15 per car, per way.

  Yes, my dates are slightly flexible. I could potentially start 1–2 days earlier, but ideally I would need the tour to finish by October 30, as I need to be back in Greece by October 31. Could you please let me know if you have any nearby departure dates with an already confirmed group, preferably including other solo travelers and people roughly in the 20–40 age range? One of the main reasons I am looking for an organized group tour is that I will be traveling solo. I would really prefer to have some company throughout the trip, both for the social experience and for an added sense of safety. Regarding the October 24 departure specifically, do you usually receive more bookings closer to the departure date? Based on your experience, would you expect other travelers to join this departure in the coming weeks? Also, if I were the only traveler booked for this departure, could you please clarify how the trip would work in practice? Would I always be accompanied by local guides, drivers or other tour participants during the excursions and transfers, or would there be parts of the itinerary where I would be completely on my own? I would also appreciate it if you could let me know: approximately how many travelers are already booked on any alternative departure you recommend, whether the same group travels together throughout the tour, whether there are other solo travelers, and the exact total cost for one solo traveler, including the single supplement and mandatory local payment. If you have another Vietnam itinerary around the same dates that would be more suitable for a solo traveler looking for a social group experience, I would also be very happy to consider it.

  We'd like to book the tour, but 2 of the adults are from Vietnam, so I'm wondering if they will enjoy this tour as well? Since it's such a high price, they want to make sure it's worth it. Also, is there anyway that the cu chu tunnels excursion can be any cheaper? I saw that the entrance tickets are only $5 for foreigners, so I'm shocked that you're charging $75/per to go there.
