I can travel to Egypt on any day after say 10 / 11th July for the 21 day trip. I do not want to be a solo traveller. Do you have any tours with say more than 4 or 5 people that I could join? You are advertising trips with the desert safari. I understand this is not currently available ? If it is, I would prefer that trip with either Hurghada / Sharm el Sheik I don't mind which.

You can be added to a group tour only in Luxor and Awan. For the rest of the tour you will always be accompanied by the driver and a guide. This way you can take your time during your visits without being controlled by a group. Desert Safari is available and you can go on safari in both if you want to

Are you able to arrange airport pick up and accommodation before that tour?

Transfer from and to the airport is included in your tour price. We would be happy to arrange for your accommodation before or after the tour

The trip they had, 20 day tour of Egypt and Morocco, were an absolutely great. Throughout the tours I was amazed, learned so much and met plus talked with some great people in both Morocco and Egypt. Each tour went on without a hitch. The agenda, written and verbal contained a lot of useful information except hotels. My first hotel in Egypt was changed to what appeared to be a lesser quality but adequate informed of this change until the driver pulled up. This caused a headache for the tour I booked the next day which left the drive at the original hotel. He was forced to drive some distance in Casablanca traffic to get to the hotel i was now staying at. Second was information about drivers who picked me up at airports sonetimes weren't disclosed until while in air or at the airport. I also had to call something as to what time I was going to be picked up. Both tour companies were available by text or calls on whatsapt. The other thing that could had been a disaster was i was not informer, any US money had to absolutely flawless because banks don't accept them with even the smallest flaw. And finally Egypt drives and guides always request a tip and get very angry if not tipped. If a person helps you in the slightest way be prepared to dish out tip. Some drivers and tour guide I felt they deserved addition tips but that was my choice. Oh and most of the sites you visit, especially in Egypt, there is an entrance fee. Last but not least, the hotels I was placed in places that were outside of the town and of lower quality at least what i expected but I understood that because some of the sites visited were in a remote area of the country resulting on small town available. If I was to book this tour again, which all in all was an absolutely fantastic tours and I learned so much and met some very intelligent guides. Would I book this tour again I would say absolutely yes but I would be prepared to have additional funds made available from ATMs. I would make sure was prepared for some days without internet. I want to thank this company for great tours with some awesome guides that help to make trips and tours fun. As for tour radar I would suggest they get in touch with the tour companies they use and remind them that most of the world is not as relax as they are and please bring their "A" game when dealing with all customers especially when it comes to a confirmed cost and literary in a time frame of more then 1 week before a trip starts and any extra days spent before and/or after a trip be included in the final price. Please don't expect addition payments for flights unless they included in the final quote. I'm getting ready to book my next family vacation and I would expect or at least hope these issue are not common in Tour radar trips.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 28th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 28th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Ancient Egypt Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 40 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Ancient Egypt Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
