  I recently completed a 21-day Indochina tour booked through Bravo Indochina and TourRadar, and it was an exceptional experience. As an avid solo traveler, I found the itinerary perfectly suited to my needs, offering a wonderful balance of day trips and opportunities to connect with fellow travelers and locals. The region's beauty, incredible service, and rich blend of ancient and modern history were exactly what I was looking for.   What a fabulous adventure we have just had. The Bravo team are just brilliant and every tour, car pick up, airport transfer was seamless and so smooth. Most of our tours were private, with around 4 being group tours. All of them were great and tour guides were fantastic. Huge thanks to Ha Nguyen, our Bravo representative, she messaged via WhatsApp every day to confirm start times for the next day and make sure we were ok, she was just amazing. Now, two things to share about this trip and from our experience:- Hotels:-we booked the 4* option and then upgraded around half before we travelled (with Bravo), this is just our opinion, but 4* in SE Asia isn’t 4* in UK standards. We upgraded some while there. It’s important to say though, all were clean and this is just ‘our’ opinion. The other thing to mention is that this is a really ‘full on’ adventure, so rest before you go. We are aged 58 & 68, so getting on a bit and could have done with an odd rest day, but every trip was so good, we didn’t want to miss them. This was a trip of a lifetime and we loved it all, so don’t hesitate to book it.Show more

  I don’t understand the high ratings of this tour. I have traveled to Asia many times (was born in Asia as a matter of fact), and did not expect a developed country level of service or infrastructure. Having said that, The hotels chosen by the tour operator were uniformly awful. Even the 2 couples who travelled with us AND had paid for the 4 star upgrade were very disappointed with their hotels. Ha Nguyen was the contact person and her service as a travel agent was ridiculous. She kept making excuses, and got sulky when we told her what was going on!!!! Never a word of apology. By the end, we were booking our own hotels for not very expensive and they were much much better!!!! The tours were well organized and the tour guides were all super sweet. Just know that these countries all had very complex pasts and the guides are not going to be able to give you a balanced or honest view of history. So if you are interested in knowing what happened, I suggest reading up on your own. Take cash, US dollars are widely accepted IF in perfect condition. And really, just book your own accommodation. I used TripAdvisor and Booking.com and the hotels we picked were wonderful!!!Show more

They were flexible and easily added extra activities I wanted along the way, which made the experience even better.   This tour was a wonderful, immersive experience of Indochina (Vietnam, Cambodia and Loas) and Bangkok, Thailand. The itinerary was thoughtfully constructed to highlight various aspects of culture, history, local cuisine, natural beauty and daily life in those countries. Daily tours were operated smoothly for the most part while travelling by plane, by boats along the major rivers, by cars, train and even tuk tuks. Those tours and free time enable me to experience hustles and bustles, congested traffic of major cities and monuments, various ancient temples including Angkor Wat, exotic scenery of Ha Long Bay, and quaint, beautiful small towns. My favorite memories varied for different destinations, but some surprises were in charming small towns such as Hoi An, Vietnam and Luang Prabang, Laos. I’ll remember the beautiful sceneries, ancient temples and golden stupas, sprawling night markets with fresh, tasty and inexpensive local cuisines as well as warm, friendly locals. There were a few glitches by some local tour operators and hotels (by Western norms), but Ha Nguyen from Bravo Indochina was responsive day and night to help smooth out some issues. Overall, it was wonderful to experience all these destinations and cultural elements in a single trip!Show more

  We went on Bravo’s Indochina tour with Bangkok Extension in November, 2025. We had a wonderful experience seeing so many countries and cities. Everything was very well organized and hotels were all very good and central, the tour guides were always on time. We ended up having a private tour most of the time. We felt very relaxed as it was fully guided and there were lot of included activities. Would specially like to thank Ha Nguyen, Bravo’s tour operator who was constantly in touch with us updating us with our daily itenerary and flights on WhatsApp. Being a senior couple we never had to worry about anything as she was always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Bravo tours and would love to travel again with them. Thank you Ha Nguyen and Bravo travels👏👌🙏Show more

  Top to bottom this tours was amazing! It hit all the spots that are high on the touring list and enough time in each location to allow you to get a feel for the area. The tour covered all the countries we wanted to see and the coordination was fantastic. Our tour operator contact (Ha Nguyen) was amazing. Checking every detail along the way and keeping in contract every day to ensure our day was without issues. Even when weather affected our stay in Hoi An, she got us another tour at very short notice. We had a great experience with TourRadar last year with a Morocco tour, so we decided to try them again. All I can say is "fantastic" in every way.Show more

  This tour was amazing! It definitely hit the high points of all the places visited. Since it's probably the only time we will visit SE Asia I wanted to see as much as possible. At first I thought the flight days would be "wasted" but it was good to have some time to relax, catch up, and maybe do a little shopping. Our tour guides were top-notch. On time, knowledgable, friendly, and very helpful. My husband had mobility issues, not as well-healed from a knee operation as we expected. The guides and drivers were extremely accommodating in enabling him to do as much as possible. The rivers were very low due to the dry season, so getting in and out of the boats was quite the challenge. Our drivers were safe, expert as negotiating the horrendous traffic, never once did I think I might die. The tour was definitely well-organized. Ha, our personal agent, was quick to answer my (many!!!!) questions, help with logistics, offer advice about accessibility for my husband, and just help with whatever we needed. We chose the 3-star hotels and found them very nice. One thing to note: SE Asia in general is just not handicap-accessible. Lots of steps with no railings. This tour is physically challenging and would be more so in hot weather. We were fortunate to have private tours most of the time so we weren't holding others back. To "do it all" be physically fit and drink lots of water!Show more
