It is quite disappointing for our Team at Dot Travel to receive only 1* out of 5* for a trip that lasted 15 days with many aspects, 6 different hotels, with 12 transfers, 4 ferries and a flight, along with excursions when booked. Especially when all services went smoothly operationally. Receiving 1* for hotels that are included in the itinerary as mentioned, 3* in standard rooms and even a 4* hotel in Athens as an upgrade. We believe that it is unfair for the Team, when there is the possibility to upgrade rooms with a supplement or even hotel categories, but we were never informed about it. It felt like we were actually obliged to upgrade you to a higher hotel category or room upgrade for free. As it is clearly mentioned that the rooms are of standard category and there is a choice to upgrade, we could have been informed in order to adjust the hotels that would meet your expectations. We hope that in the future we could offer our services again for your or your friends or other travelers benefit from your review, as it can be always helpful! Thank you once again for your review. For tours departing after September 24th, 2026, a minimum payment of $85 is required to confirm your booking with Dot Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Dot Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Dot Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
