  The five-day trip took me to another world. As I climbed the Sirmone, I first walked in the shade of the dry forest and the huge trees, there was a kind of silence as if the world had stopped. Arriving at Mackinder's Valley, I saw the night sky so clear that it seemed as if the stars could be caught by the hand. On the way to the summit in the morning, the body was tired but the mind was getting lighter. On the way down I stopped again and again to see the bamboo forest of Chogoria and the deep gorge of Gorges. The guides not only showed the way, but also told the story of the mountain. This experience is not just a mountain climb, but a new identity with oneself.Show more

  Our 5-day Mount Kenya climb with Bencia Africa Adventure and Safaris was one of the most rewarding adventures we have ever done. Starting from Sirimon and descending through Chogoria gave us the chance to experience completely different landscapes. The trek through dense forest, giant waterfalls, and wide open valleys felt unreal, like stepping into a wildlife documentary. The guides were professional, encouraging, and always made sure we were safe and comfortable. The camps were well organized, the meals were fresh and energizing, and every day brought new breathtaking views. Reaching Point Lenana at sunrise was the highlight of the trip — cold, challenging, but absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend this trek for anyone looking for a true mountain adventure.Show more

  I have never seen such a beautiful and multi-faceted landscape - from Sirimon Gate to Chogoria, each step is full of different delights. The guides are very friendly, helping everywhere and ensuring safety. The food was healthy and on time. They also made sure we felt comfortable while camping at night. At times the path was difficult, but by the time I reached it, the exhaustion of the entire climb had disappeared. I will remember this experience for a lifetime.Show more

  An achievement that I will cherish! The 5-day Mount Kenya Climbing Expedition on the Sirimon-Sogoria route with Bensia Africa was challenging but incredibly rewarding. Alfred handled all the supplies, from the permits to the equipment, perfectly. Our guide, Simon, was experienced and motivating, he helped us climb rocky valleys and steeps and at the same time shared information about unique plants. Breakfast was tasty and nutritious. Security was at the highest level.Show more

  This trip is not easy, but great for those who love mountains and walking. Walking through Mackinder's Valley, the nature around was very beautiful. The night at Shipton Camp was cold but the experience was good. Seeing Mau Mau Caves has given an opportunity to learn something new. On the last day, the road through Chogoria was quite long, but the view was amazing. The entire route was well managed. I would like to have this experience again.Show more

  In the first two days of climbing the Sirimon route, many giant trees and dry slopes had to be climbed. Although the path was a little difficult, but gradually after reaching Mackinders Valley, the scene changed completely - rocky valleys around and a strange calm environment. The guide was very helpful and briefed us well every day before the walk. At night, the food in the camps is served hot, which is really relaxing in the cold weather.Show more

Walking through large waterfalls, dense forests, and open valleys - the whole thing is like a National Geographic documentary.
