  We are 2 people, a father and his son, both adults interested in a short Nepal tour. We're interested to be accommodated in a 4* hotels o similar, anything that can guarantee the quality of our sleeping in order to be ready to keep enjoying the trip. We're also interested in having some free time in both cities (Katmandú & Pokhara. ¿Maybe also Nagarkot?). We will also be happy to consider private tour, if possible. As well as an early optional flight trip to see the Himalayas from above.

    I cannot see any visit Kathmandu properly: guided tour to the city. Is that included in the itinerary? If not, we would like to have it. The Day 08, a free day to explore, where? What kind of activities do you suggest for that day? Maybe it will be better to have some more time in Kathmandu? Open to suggestions. Can we have a quote on that trip, with full information about what it is included and what is not, and considering options of 4* hotels, private tour...?

    Day 02: 25 Jan 2026: Early Morning Everest Flight. After breakfast visit Swoyambhunath stupa, Basantapur Palace Square and Bhaktapur city.

    It's not clear to me what hotel is the one you say in Kathmandu, as there are differents options with that name "Himalaya". As we don't want to expend money without purpose, what do you suggest for the accomodation from your experience in this country? I've been seeing some 3 starts options that look to me really good (photos, opinions...) and similar to those of 4 stars. For example, the Dom Himalaya Hotel with 4 stars is cheaper than the Holy Himalaya Hotel of 3 stars. So it sounds a bit confusing. If we decide to keep the original 3 starts accomodation instead of 4 stars ones, how change the price then? On day 02, can you give me an approximate time for the early morning flight? What about that flight: it will be in a small plane, an helicopter ... ? Any further information about the security of that activity? What about the Day 07? It still stays as a free day for activities in Pokhara, something I'm not sure is something very attractive for a short tour like the one I'm planning. Any alternative to that? Do you think is better to spend that day in Pokhara than in Kathmandu? What kind of activities do you suggest for any of those places? Or for an alternative place? If we finally decided to take the return flight on the 31st January, how your plan change?

    In Kathmandu we have recommended Hotel Himalaya (Hotel Himalaya, Lalitpur - Official Site | True Nepalese Hospitality)
    
    Dom Himalaya & Holy Himalaya its 3 star hotel. If you decide to keep 3 star hotels, the price will be US$ 70 nett per person less.
    
    On day 02 For Everest mountain flight, we drive to airport at 05:30 am for 06:30 flight (flight duration approx 45 min) and back to hotel by approx 08:30 for breakfast. Then we start our normal sightseeing tour as per program. It is a small plane (fixed wing flight) which takes you to show some of the 8000 m and high mountains including Mt. Everest and lands back at Kathmandu airport.
    
    Daily 10 to 15 flights takes off for Mountain flight and of course it is safe.
    
    Day 07: Since you requested some free time both at Kathmandu and Pokhara we have kept this. Pokhara is lake city and adventure destination from where world famous Annapurna trekking starts. You have lots of activities options like paragliding, bunjee jumping, zipline, cycling, boating, hiking, hot air baloon, ultra light flight, helicopter tours to Annapurna region etc.
    
    Kathmandu is the cultural capital, the attractions here are the old medieval city, temples, stupas, palace squares, local and tourist markets etc. You may choose your free time in Pokhara or Kathmandu as per your interest.
    
    If you decide to take return flight on 31 Jan we drive or fly back to Kathmandu from Pokhara on 30 Jan some free time in Kathmandu and take a flight back on 31 Jan.

    If you want to join the group we have below options: Annapurna Kora Trek (from 05th Apr to 17th Apr), Classic Nepal Tour (from 5th Apr to 12th Apr), Highlights of Nepal (from 12th Apr to 22nd Apr). However if you want the private customized tour, we are also open for it.
