The price is 250 USD per person including pick up and drop off. It will be refunded to you if it is cancelled because of the weather.

We may arrange your transfer from hotel to hotel instead of airport to hotel. The 2-day Gallipoli tour includes 1 night accommodation in Çanakkale. On the first day, pick-up will be very early in the morning, and on the second day, you will return to Istanbul in the evening. The price for the 2-day Gallipoli & Troy tour is 1,040 EUR for 2 people.

It is perfectly fine to arrive in Istanbul on December 5th, as the first day of the tour includes only the arrival transfer. Your guided tour will begin on the second day. We can gladly arrange an extra night in Cappadocia, we are flexible with this. The additional night costs 140 USD per night for a double room, including breakfast. Regarding the hot air balloon experience, it can be added after your booking. The price is 250 USD per person, including hotel pick-up and drop-off.

We do not offer a Troy tour. However, since you will return to Istanbul at the end of our tour and stay one more night there, you can join a Troy tour with another travel agency if you wish. In the normal schedule, you will arrive back in Istanbul on the evening of Day 7, stay in the Istanbul hotel again, and your airport transfer will be on Day 8. So, depending on your plans, you may add the Troy trip after our package.

Group size is maximum 15 people, but will be smaller in low season. Tour will proceed even with only 2 participants. Luggage allowance is 25 kg checked baggage + 8 kg carry-on. You can upgrade Cappadocia hotel for 200 USD for double room for 2 nights. Admission fees per person: Topkapi Palace 60 USD, Hagia Sophia 30 USD, Ancient Ephesus 45 USD, House of Mary 15 USD, Pamukkale 35 USD, Goreme Open Air Museum 25 USD, Underground City 15 USD, Zelve 13 USD. Guides will have pre-paid skip-the-line tickets. Entry ticket costs can be paid to guide in cash.

We can add 1 extra night in Cappadocia. The price for an additional night's accommodation is 140 USD per night including breakfast for a double room. We arrange only domestic flights and do not provide international flight services. You will need to fly to Istanbul first, and from there you can arrange your flight tickets to Greece (there are no direct flights from Cappadocia to Greece).
