    The hot air balloon flight can be arranged as an optional extra. The best time for the flight would be on the morning of Day 6 or Day 7. As all balloon flights take place at sunrise, they will not affect your daily tour schedule. We always recommend to book for your first mornign at cappadocia so if it is cancelled you may have a chance to try for next morning. The price for September is USD 300 per person, including hotel pick-up and drop-off transfers. Of course, you are also welcome to arrange the balloon flight yourself if you prefer.

    There will be three domestic flights included in your itinerary. If you would like us to arrange the domestic flight tickets for you, the total cost is USD 393 per person. You can simply add the Domestic Flights option from the Extra Add-ons section while making your reservation. If you prefer to book the flights yourself, that is also absolutely fine. After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a detailed message with the recommended flight numbers and schedules that you should book.

    We offer two accommodation categories: Silver Package – approximately 4-star category hotels and Gold Package – approximately 5-star category hotels. The domestic flight package costs USD 400 per person for 3-way domestic flight tickets, and you may add it to your reservation if you would like us to arrange the flights.

  We want to go on the hot air balloon ride. We are keen to stay in one of the cave hotels in Goreme. Can that be organised? We are happy to pay the extra cost.

    The hot air balloon flight can be arranged as an extra activity. The price is USD 300 per person, including pick-up and drop-off transfers for september. As all balloon flights operate at sunrise, they will not affect your regular tour schedule.
    
    Our partner hotels in Cappadocia are located in Ürgüp town, not Göreme. Unfortunately, most Göreme hotels are not working with travel agencies.
    
    You may book your Cappadocia hotel by yourselves, and we may deduct the Cappadocia hotel cost from your package price. We can still arrange all other hotels and services for the remaining destinations.
    
    In this case, the total package price would be:
    
    USD 3,200 total for 3 people
    
    (Triple room accommodation including domestic flight tickets)
    This option would apply if you arrange your Cappadocia hotel by yourselves.

    Day 1 and Day 8 are your arrival and departure transfer days. We will arrange your airport transfers according to your arrival and departure flight details.
    
    It is not a shuttle service; the transfers will be arranged according to your flight information and schedule.
    
    You may send your flight details after completing your reservation.
    
    By the way, you have 1 arrival and 1 departure transfer included in your package. Therefore, even if you arrive earlier or depart later from Istanbul due to pre/post accommodation arrangements, it is not a problem. We can arrange the included transfers according to your travel dates and flight times.

    with Turkish Airlines (THY)
    Day 5: Flight from Izmir to Kayseri
    with Pegasus or SunExpress

    Day 7**TK 2019**
    Kayseri 18:15 → Istanbul 19:50
    with Turkish Airlines (THY)
    
    These are the flights that we generally use for this itinerary.
    
    If you would like us to arrange your domestic flights, you may add them through the **Add-Ons** section. The total price is **USD 400 per person** for all 3 domestic flights.

    There will be no guide on your first and last days, as these are arrival and departure transfer days.
    
    On the tour days, your guide will meet you at the hotel and accompany you during the tours.
    
    Regarding the domestic flight days, there will be no guide or assistance service at the airport. We will transfer you to the airport, and upon arrival, our team will greet you and provide the transfer service.

    We usually use Turkish Airlines (THY) for the Istanbul–Izmir and Kayseri–Istanbul flights. For the Izmir–Kayseri route, we use Pegasus or SunExpress, depending on schedules and availability.
    You may choose to add domestic flights to your package, and we can arrange them for you. Alternatively, if you prefer to book your own flights, we will send you detailed information after your reservation about which flights you should book.

    If you would like to book the package starting on 08 September, the flight schedule would be as follows:
    • 10 September (Istanbul → Izmir): THY
    TK2332 – 17:00 IST → 18:00 ADB
    • 12 September (Izmir → Kayseri):
    There is no direct flight on this date, so you would need a connecting flight with Turkish Airlines, for example:
    TK2331 + TK2022
    ADB → ASR (arrival around 21:24)
    • 14 September (Kayseri → Istanbul): THY
    TK2019 – 18:15 ASR → 19:50 IST
    
    Alternatively, if you can start the package on 09 September, all flights will shift by one day, and there will be a direct flight from Izmir to Kayseri:
    • 13 September (Izmir → Kayseri):
    XQ9238 – 20:45 ADB → 22:15 ASR (SunExpress)
    The other flights will remain the same, only the dates will change accordingly.
    As a preference, whenever there is a direct flight available, we recommend using that option.
