We do offer 2 accommodation options. 1. Is a single supplement (Private) if you want to enjoy the privacy and comfort of your own room. 2. Twin room which you will share with same-gender travelers.

do you provide guarantor? also what is the cost of the private tours is it the same as the group tours and can you add on personal activities?

We do provide a letter of guarantee to our guests to speed up the visa application process. However, before we can provide you with a letter of guarantee, we need to know where you are from and your citizenship status. The cost of private tours is flexible as you have the ability to customize your accommodation and other services.

Could you tell me if other dates of this tour have more people registered? Timing on Feb 5 is ideal but it seems risky to book if it may be cancelled. It seems unlikely that 8 people would register in time, right?

The minimum number of departing as a group is eight travelers with a 25 to 45 years demographic age group. Feel free to customize the trip if you want to make this a private solo trip.

  I would prefer a group trip to help reduce the cost. At least five people would be ideal I think. Unfortunately, I would need to start on Feb 5 or Feb 6.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 13th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Adventure Archipelago. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 30 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Adventure Archipelago will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
