  Lack of clarity, program was ambiguous. Difficult to determine what was and was not included. Tour had one itinerary, transport company had another itinerary and driver had another itinerary. Driver would say activity was included however when dropped at activity we would have to negotiate price. Too many players in the process, lots of confusion and felt like an element of corruption between all parties including the activity people. In reality the tour was a car, a driver and accommodation nothing more. We had to pay for a number of activities and only when we complained the driver suddenly provided some reimbursement. It appeared like “let the customer negotiate and pay” and if they don’t complain the driver/transport/tour company pocket the benefit. We paid around 170,000inr for this tour and based on our experience we would never use TourRadar again.Show more

  My partner and I recently went on the 10 Days Romantic Beaches and Backwaters Tour of Kerala and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views. The tour was all-inclusive, which made it even more convenient for us. We didn't have to worry about booking accommodations, transportation, or activities as everything was taken care of for us. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we had a smooth and enjoyable trip. The first few days were spent on the beautiful beaches of Kerala. We were able to relax and soak up the sun while enjoying the crystal clear waters. The beaches were clean and not overcrowded, which made it a perfect romantic getaway for us. We also got to try some delicious seafood and local delicacies at the beachside restaurants. Next, we embarked on a backwater cruise through the famous Alleppey backwaters. It was a serene and peaceful experience, surrounded by lush greenery and traditional houseboats. We even got to try our hand at rowing a canoe, which was a fun and unique experience. One of the highlights of the tour was the stay at a traditional Kerala houseboat. It was a luxurious and romantic experience, with the boat being equipped with all the modern amenities. We enjoyed a delicious dinner on board, while watching the sunset over the backwaters. The tour also included visits to various cultural and historical sites, such as the Mattancherry Palace and Fort Kochi. We learned about the rich history and culture of Kerala, which added another dimension to our trip. The tour ended with a visit to the picturesque hill station of Munnar. The scenic drive through the tea plantations was breathtaking, and the cool weather was a welcome change from the hot beaches. We also got to visit a tea factory and taste some of the finest tea in the world. Overall, the 10 Days Romantic Beaches and Backwaters Tour of Kerala was an amazing experience. The combination of beaches, backwaters, and cultural visits made it a well-rounded trip. The all-inclusive package made it hassle-free and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our time together.   Hemender Singh from Mytravelcon arranged us for a 10 Days South India Tour and after the travel, I am happy .He arranged very good hotels where we stayed during our tour. excellent guides and courteous driver.Our tirp was a combination of visitng famous sites,beaches and backwaters of Kerela and visiting local craftmen was also a nice experience.The local guides we met at each place gave us a rich experience of thier place which made our visit fantastic. Our Driver Thunga who was with us from the day 01 when he picked us from the airport and till the end of the tour.He was professional,prompt and talkative who entertained through out the trip. He was always ready to reply all our questions. Certainly I would recommend his services to my friends .Show more

  Hemender was very responsive while answering our questions.Before this we read his company's review and found him suitable.Later when our questions were answered and it was very simple to book the tour. All selected hotels were very good. We had a wonderul driver cum guide who helped us to choose good restaurant to eat.Also he showed us some places which were not mentioned in the original program and hence he was awesome. We would definitely use again and we have already praised about him between our friends.Show more

  I was a solo traveller from Australia and digital creator.I wanted to travel to South India but was nervous and later reading good reviews of travelcon, I decided to book a tour for myself. Before booking, I had lot of conversation with Hemender through couple of mails and whatsapp and he replied all my questions instantly. Also I wanted to have some changes because of a solo female traveller and he customized as per my need. All went smooth as I imagined about India. People were good and were ready to help. Food was finger licking although I tasted first time but mind blowing. During the tour, I met couple of guides,drivers and all were generous from their heart.
