Itinerary
- Day 1
Cairo
You'll arrive in Cairo and meet your Ancient Egypt Tours representative at the airport terminal exit. They'll take you to your private air-conditioned vehicle for the drive to your hotel. Check-in happens at 15:00, though if you get there earlier you can wait in the lobby or arrange a pre-tour extra night for immediate access to your room.

- Day 2
Cairo
Start with breakfast at your hotel, then meet your personal guide for a full day at Giza Plateau. You'll see the Great Pyramid of Khufu (Cheops), three smaller pyramids, Khafre's pyramid, the remains of the funeral temple, the pyramid of Mankawra (Mykerinus), and three more small pyramids. After that, you'll check out the Great Sphinx and Valley Temple. There's a photo stop where you can capture the three pyramids with Cairo's skyline behind them, then grab lunch at a local restaurant. The day wraps up at the Egyptian Museum with its extensive collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts, including the golden treasures of King Tutankhamen.

Have breakfast at your hotel in Cairo, then you'll take a domestic flight to Sharm El Shiekh. Your Ancient Egypt Tours representative meets you upon arrival and helps with your transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to settle in and explore at your own pace.

Sharm El Shiekh
This is a free day in Sharm El Shiekh. You can relax at the resort or explore the area however you'd like.

Sharm El Shiekh to Cairo
