  The manager Moin was a godsend. When we had an unexpected change in plans Moin was there to help. On short notice he booked us a great Golden Triangle Tour. If we had any questions, he had the answers. But most of all, he took over dealing with the airlines when our checked luggage was delayed. The tour company located our luggage when it arrived, picked it up and delivered it to our hotel. So appreciated by us. All our local tour guides (GK, Ali, Nabeel and Deepak) were great! Very knowledgeable. They made us feel comfortable and safe. Our driver Jeetu was wonderful! He was always on time to pick us up, had the a/c on and cold water waiting for us. He also provided us with WiFi in the car. We were impressed with how clean he kept his car. We loved his smile. We would use Pioneer Holiday tours again and recommend them to anyone visiting the New Delhi area.Show more

He always made sure that my wife and I are very comfortable from picking us up at the Delhi Airport, doing the Delhi city tour, taking us to Agra then to Jaipur and then back to Delhi. Mr. Singh was an excellent tour guide in Delhi. Rafik was great and very informative in the tour of Taj Mahal in Agra and Khaleda Rasheed was an excellent tour guide of Jaipur. We expected driving in India to be more intense than Europe. And we recognise that the driver had propably the most stressful job. We don’t think we could have done it without him. He was also very polite and nice. but get ready for an intense trip, not for the light hearted!Show more

  We had a great time thanks to the superb organisation of our tour owing grattitude to Delight Tours for making India come to life for us. We were dubious at the start as we didnt have any communication initially about the tour from Delight, this was soon overcome upon contacting them via Tourradar messenger, where the Tour Manager Moin Ashraf gave us their contact details as well as useful instant chat via Whatsapp where he replied readily upon inquiry, Moin replied to every inquiry and re-assured us of the tour plan. We found having this level of communication at a touch of button very useful as often with other Tour Operators you have to wait on the end of a phone call or an email to get your answer. To top it off, I asked if we can get a transfer from the airport to the hotel for our first night, which wasnt included in the initial package, Moin kindly arranged this as a courtsey for us, which we were very appreciative of, it also meant that we met Raju before the tour too. We had the best Driver anyone on a Tour in INDIA could ask for, Raju made our journey for us, not only was he careful, but he also went out of his way to make our journey flow as smoothly as possible. Towards the end of the tour we were sad to see him go as he is a lovely gent and we felt humbled to have someone trusting driving us. Thanks Raju!, if we come back to India in the future, we want you as our driver! Onto the tour - well what can I say, it was advertised a 5 Star 3nights 4 day Tour round the Triangle inclusive of all monument fees and it lived up to its name, we were treated as though we were VIPs which is a novelty, we had excellent guides in each place who made sure we were exposed to the real sides of India but well looked after and we had excellent accommodation both in Agra and Jaipur The tour are full days which we expected, but you have to bare in mind that after your sight seeing you will drive to the next place so expect the days to last up to 12hrs for some, this wasnt an issue for us. Day 1: Delhi, the Tour guide was Hitesh, he showed us both Old and New Delhi. One of the highlights for my wife was the auto-rickshaw ride which brought Delhi alive for us, Hitesh made sure we had a good driver and traveled with us, his knowledge of where the best markets were and his passion for Delhi were exempt, for day one of our Tour we we in awe of Delhi, the chaos although manic seemed organised and where as in at first you think it daunting its actually an amazing city. The Lotus Temple was another highlight, a true representation of the cultural integration India promotes. Day 2: Agra, the Tour guide was Imran Eshan Khan, he actually met us the night before at our hotel and got us discount off the evening meal as the Tour company has working relationships with this hotel so we actually got our meal cheaper in the evening which was a bonus. On this day we were picked up early at 06:30am and taken by Raju with the Guide to the Taj Mahal, we went early to avoid the main tourist rush and I am glad we did as we saw the Taj upon sun rise, although foggy it was amazing to see. Imran was very knowledgeable and went into detail on the history of the Taj, he also provided an excellent photographer service for us free of charge. He answered all our questions surrounding the Agra Fort and looked after us throughout the day. Thanks to Imran the Taj Mahal wasnt just a postcard but a memory we will carry with us. Thanks Imran. Fatipur Sikri - was interesting but we so tired we couldnt take it in, the guide did his best to make the experience for us, which were appreciated but we were too tired to take anything in, and so we were happy with seeing this place for an hour before going to our hotel. Day 3 Jaipur: Our Tour Guide was Rajhu, this was one amazing guide as with all the guides he made us feel welcomed and treated us with polite courtsey, he made sure that the tour of Jaipur wasnt just remembered but embedded into our memories. Rajhu was keen to share with us the values of Hindu life in India and the Iconic landmarks in Jaipur, he mentioned to us that Jaipur is full of good Karma, with Rajhu, you cannot feel any but that. The Amber Fort was absolutely amazing, closely followed by the palace on the lake and the observatory, A bonus was to see where they filmed the Marigold hotel. Thanks to Rajhu we feel in love with Jaipur. Overall the Tour was excellent, we sledge hammered the triangle into 4 days and yes it was tiring but well worth it, all of the Tour Guides were great and added to the VIP experience we endured, the accommodation was as it stated; 5 star. The Tour did as other reviews suggested took us to "additional" stop offs, but this only added interest to our tour, if you want a good deal, get your haggling hat on though. I have already recommended this to my family and if we are in India again we will look these guys up.Show more
