- Day 1
Venice
You'll arrive and check into your 4-star hotel in Venice. The rest of the day is yours to explore at your own pace. Wander through the narrow alleys, cross the bridges connecting different neighborhoods, and find your way along the canals. Stop at some bacari eateries to try local spritz drinks and regional specialties. If you want to arrange something more structured, optional activities are available.

- Day 2
Venice
After breakfast, you'll choose a guided experience from small group tours (maximum 20 people). One option takes you on a walking tour of Venice with a gondola ride, visiting historic landmarks like Palazzo Contarini della Scala del Bovolo, Fenice Theatre, and Rialto Bridge. The other option is a day trip to Murano and Burano, where you'll see glass-blowing demonstrations and explore the colorful fishermen's houses.

Venice to Florence
After breakfast, head to the train station and board a high-speed train to Florence (2 hours). Check in at your 4-star hotel in the city center. From there, spend the rest of the day exploring on your own. You can walk to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria with the Loggia dei Lanzi, and Ponte Vecchio. Try some Fiorentina steak and local red wine while you're out.

Florence
After breakfast, select a guided experience from small group tours (maximum 20 people). You can choose a Best of Florence walking tour that ends with entry to the Uffizi Gallery to see Renaissance paintings. Or take a Pizza and Gelato Making class with professional chefs. Another option is a walking tour of Florence's key sites followed by fast-track entry to the Accademia Gallery to see Michelangelo's David.

Optional activities can be arranged if you'd like guidance.

Or choose a Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel guided tour with skip-the-line entrance.
