I live in the US and he lives in South Africa, how should we proceed with reservations if we feel that this is the right tour for us? We plan to room together 3) if we decide to fly in a couple of days prior to the tour, will you be able to help with reservations with rooms? 4) we plan to add another tour with this tour (Rio-Amazon) do you know if there will be conflict of dates or long gap in between tours? 5) what's your payment installment plan like? 6) in addition to cost of tour, so you provide a list of travel insurance vendors?
