Avoid at all costs. The absolute worst travel experience I have ever encountered. They took our money but had no idea that India had stopped issuing Travel Visa’s to Brit’s and Canadians due to political one upmanship. The contact in India was only interested in taking money. We had no visa therefore had to cancel and all they wanted to do was refund part of Hotel bill if we threw more money at them to rebook for January without any idea as to when and if visa ban would be lifted. Very poor knowledge, experience and attitude. Just claim off your insurance was his answer. Insurance doesn’t cover Visa issues but then a real travel agent would know that right? Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 19th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 19th, 2026, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Panda Experiences. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
