Many times the trips depend on who you go with and they really were so delightful, fun, cheerful, positive energy, informative, and professional. The routes were great and all the historical informations were very intriguing. I learned a lot from this trip. The only thing I would say is even though all the foods were good and enjoyable, it would have been nice to put in different cousins as options too!Show more

This was my first international trip and I had such an amazing time! Our guide Efe was so friendly and knowledgeable. He provided such great history and context about every place we went and saw. We visited a lot of places but had plenty of breaks and free time left later in the day. I definitely was able to see so much more of the country this way than trying to plan it on my own. We also had a great driver, Kudret who navigated our way with ease and comfort even through the random rain. Hagia Sophia and the hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia were definitely favorites but I love the whole tour.Show more

Great experience. My husband and I are 75 and 71, one of us with the usual age related issues, but we coped well, and generally kept up with the rest of our group. Our guide, Efe, was the best. He was considerate, caring, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, spoke English very well and just a lot of fun. He reassured and encouraged us if we were in any doubt of our ability, and we trusted him. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was very approachable. 5***** Efe, you made our holiday a fabulous adventure, and we are so grateful. You are a credit and a huge asset to your employer. Our driver was also exceptional- safe and careful. We were sitting in the front of the bus, so could see his competent ability and his care in driving over speed bumps and the like. Also a asset to his employer and another 5*. Furthermore, all our dealings with Tour Altinkum Travel was excellent-prompt response, questions answered. Hotels were good, maybe a minor issue here and there but mostly good - within walking distance of attractions in every city. Hot air balloon ride was epic. Cave hotel in Kapadokya was awesome! Kusadasi was our favorite city. Our tour guide, Ugur was awesome - so knowledgeable and enthusiastic with his history of every place we went to. He was also kind enough to check on things and set up additional activities for us such as the Whirling Dervish ceremonial dance and the Turkish night dance.Show more

Turkey exceed expectations. Our guide Serhat worked tirelessly to make everything as smooth as possible like shifting the order of the day to avoid being outside in the rain. Serhat is extremely knowledgeable and as he also is an archeologist he has an in depth knowledge of the subject but manages to explain it in an interesting way. We filled in the travel times with background talks to prepare us for the next day. The bus was new and comfortable also because the driver was smooth and I never felt sick. Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 11th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 11th, 2026, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Tour Altinkum Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Tour Altinkum Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Tour Altinkum Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
