Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
You'll land at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu where someone from the company will meet you and drive you to your hotel. Later that evening, there's a chance to get together with other travelers and trek members before heading to bed for the night.

Everest Mountain Flight and Kathmandu City Tour
Early morning takes you on a one-hour scenic flight over Everest with views of Kanchenjunga, Makalu, Cho Oyu, Nuptse, and Ama Dablam, plus the Khumbu Valley below. After landing and grabbing breakfast, you'll check out four UNESCO sites: Pashupatinath Temple along the Bagmati River, Boudhanath Stupa (a major Buddhist pilgrimage site), Kathmandu Durbar Square with its old palace structures, and Swayambhunath on a hilltop offering views across the valley.

Patan and Bhaktapur Durbar Squares
After breakfast you'll walk through Patan Durbar Square to see the Mahaboudha Temple, Kumbeshwor Temple, Krishna Temple, and the Golden Temple, checking out the intricate carved windows and pagoda-style architecture. From there you'll head to Bhaktapur Durbar Square to see the medieval sites including the Lion Gate, Golden Gate, Nyatapola Temple, and the famous 55-windowed palace. You'll sleep overnight in Nagarkot.

Nagarkot Sunrise to Pokhara
You'll wake early to catch the sunrise from Nagarkot village at 7,500 feet, where the view stretches from Dhaulagiri to Kanchenjunga (and Everest's peak on clear days). After breakfast you'll fly to Pokhara to see Phewa Lake with Fishtail Peak rising behind it. In the afternoon you'll take a boat out on the local lakes and visit the Tal Barahai Temple sitting on an island.

Pokhara Sightseeing
An early drive takes you to Sarangkot viewpoint for a sunrise over the Annapurna range. Back for breakfast, then you'll visit Davis Fall, Gupteshowar Mahadev Cave, and Peace Pagoda Stupa where you can take in views of the Annapurna ranges and Fewa Lake. Later in the evening you can walk around the lake area.

Return to Kathmandu and Chandragiri Cable Car
After breakfast you'll fly back to Kathmandu with views of the Annapurna ranges along the way. Once you've freshened up at your hotel, the Chandragiri cable car takes you up to 2,500 meters for views of the Kathmandu valley and peaks like Langtang, Ganesh Himal, Manaslu, and Annapurna (the 10-minute ride is pretty quick). By evening you can shop around Thamel and then have a farewell dinner at a traditional Nepalese restaurant with cultural performances.

Departure from Kathmandu
