Can you let me know if any spots open for this tour in August - we will take a spot if someone cancels. Is there waitlist?

Our August dates have cancelled. We only have our September 2, 2023 departure date that is guaranteed to depart.

We are contemplating a guided tour of the USA, in 2023. Our group may consist up to 40 persons. This is going to be our first ever tour, and none of us is expert in the group tours of the USA. We need to learn the nuts and bolts of the group tours. I am sure their are a lot of requirements and regulations such as the US and visa, etc. Group vs Private. price include all travel costs within the US, meals and hotel rooms.

To customize the group and have a private coach with all meals included the cost will increase approximately 25% - 30%. If you would like a sole coach for your group, this can be quoted through normal channels. Also, we are within the 180 days required for individual deposits for customized tour. Should you decide to customize the group deposits with names will be due immediately.

The journey throughout Route 66 from Chicago to Santa Monica was a step back in time.

Our tour director, Daffney and bus driver Ken were excellent. She handled the group with professionalism and fairness. Her knowledge base was outstanding. She is an asset to your organization. Ken was friendly, helpful and a true gentlemen. His driving skills were excellent. This was our 1st bus tour and we would definitely go again if the quality of your staff was like Daffney and Ken. The only negative was the last night of our tour the motel room smelled of smoke that was mixed with febreeze spray.Show more

The tour overall was very good, well organised, and covered a lot of distance. The Tour director made the tour very informative, gave very clear information each day about what to expect. The driver was excellent, very skilled and safe. You get to see a lot of the Rockies, though you are travelling on a coach, some of this is in passing. There are plenty of stops for bathroom breaks, stretching your feet, getting a drink . The Hotels were of a very good standard, clean and comfortable. I do think a breakfast could possibly be included in the price, as there are no meals included, you need to budget for this each day. There are plenty of places to be able to get food of course. I would recommend the tour overall.Show more
