Simply the best tour you can take when going to Egypt. Hany was very helpful with everything. He arrange all the tours we wanted and helped us to get our PCR test with 12 hour result. He and our guide Mohamed were very helpful with everything we needed. Mohamed, our guide, was extremely great. He knew the history and the details of each temple perfectly. He even tought us some Egyptian history in the cruise that was not included in the program. Absolutely great. We are glad that we had Hany for our tour. Don’t hesitate to book with them.Show more

We had an amazing 4 days cruise with Imperial Egypt and we had been very satisfied with it. The food at the buffet was good and the staff overall kind and helpful. The highlight of it though was our tour guide Mido who took care of us for the whole trip, he satisfied our needs and preferences at the best. He’s very approachable and friendly, his English is great, as well as his knowledge of Egyptian history and what I appreciate the most is that he had always been very honest and fair. I would recommend this trip with them.Show more

I was concerned about the original booking. So was a gentleman from Brazil that I met on my tour. You are buying a "Pig in the poke" meaning, you are buying something that you are not sure what you are buying. There were a series of boats that we might have assigned to take us. So, we were unsure of our boat and accommodations. Happily, as soon as I walked in and saw that it was a Steigenburger staff, I knew it would be well managed. The boat is not the typical cruise ship we are accustomed to, but that was understood. Food was ok. Staff was extremely nice. Since we were constantly touring and visiting sights there was very little down time. The pool, as small as it was, was cooled. I traveled in July 2019 and visited Dubai prior to Egypt. The waters off Dubai were extremely hot. I was literally passing out at the Atlantis Aquaventure. Literally, it was that hot. So I thank the boat management for keeping the pool cold. It was great as we moved from place to place cool and refreshed. Our tour guide was always there at each location. He even helped get us set up after we checked out, assisting with a hotel reservation prior to my flight out from Luxor. He also set us up with a pick up service. THANK YOU, Imperial Egypt. You do know what customer service is. And your tour representative - love him. Ask for Keriesh Taha. Great guy, pleasant, funny and knowledgeable. This experience was the best part of my 9 day stay in Egypt. If you're considering a cruise, consult with this company.Show more

We had a great time on our 4 day 3 night Nile cruise. We flew into Aswan and were picked up from the airport by a guide that helped us with our bags and took them to the cruise ship. We were then taken to the High Dam and later Philae Temple on the first day. Our tour guide, Mido, was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Egypt, the Pharaohs and the temples. We learned quite a bit about Egypt and the meanings of the hieroglyphics in the temples. The temples were an incredible sight to see. All you could say was "Wow" when you first saw them. The cruise itself was fun. It was packed with activities from morning until evening, which we enjoyed. If you are looking for adventure and are short on time to spend in Egypt, this is the cruise for you. You will see everything there is to see, in a short amount of time. If you are looking to spend time relaxing and cruising on the boat, you may want to book a cruise with additional days. Many of the tours began at 4 am, before breakfast. The cruise ship was kind to prepare breakfast boxes for all of the guests so we could have breakfast to go on our early morning tours. In addition to temple tours, we also did a tour to a real Nubian village. I recommend this tour. The hospitality and kindness of the Nubian family we visited was really touching to me and I enjoyed spending time in their home. The hospitality and kindness of the staff was wonderful. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly during our stay here. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a great time dancing and playing games with the rest of the passengers in the evenings on the cruise. The food was good and the rooms were clean. We felt safe during our time in Egypt on the ship and when we were with our tour guide. Sailing on the Nile was relaxing and beautiful. We left feeling like we had seen everything we wanted to see in Egypt. We had a great time!Show more
