You will be using a coach bus to travel within each country. You will be travelling on this motor coach with up to 50 other like minded travellers from around the world. This is what is included in the price: Europamundo General Services: Travel by bus with English speaking guide, basic travel insurance, hotel and breakfast buffet. Includes arrival transfer City tour in : Barcelona. Life's Experiences: Glacier 3000 cable car in the Alps. Tickets included for: Carrières des Lumières Show, Chillon Castle and Cailler Chocolate Factory. 1 Lunch or dinner included in: Leysin.

Are there options for additional nights at the hotel?

You can add pre or post-tour nights at the hotel you're booked in, subject to availability.

What should I do if I miss my connecting flight?

If your flight is delayed, please inform the transfer operator immediately to arrange for a new pick-up time.

Is there an option to take an optional tour during free time?

What happens if my planned activities coincide with my arrival?

I checked out the brochure, it says Girona to Chambery and then Chambery to Genva. Is is by bus and includes in the package? Or we have to take flight?

Europamundo has a professional team of drivers and a modern fleet of coaches which guarantee your safety by strictly observing the current regulations established (braking system, security axles, speed limited, tachograph, regulated rest and driving time of drivers, etc.) The comfort features are standard within the patterns of tourist coaches: panoramic windows, air conditioning, DVD, public address system, reclining seats, individual lights, armrests, and overhead racks, among others. Europamundo offers a free Wi-Fi service that may not be available in some countries and coach units. Our buses are not equipped by ramps for wheelchairs. The seats of our coaches are standard. Europamundo do not reserve a seat or establishes any seating rotation system. For safety reasons, customers are not allowed to remain inside buses during stops. Not all our coaches have a WC. In case of providing them, they may have prepaid access to allow a free but moderate use of the WC in order to avoid inconveniences (smells, displeasing cleaning and emptying of waste tanks). There will also be regular stop in service areas.

How many bags am I allowed to carry?

Typically, one suitcase and one small travel backpack are allowed per person.

Overall, we had a great experience and were happy to have picked this particular tour. The limited English from the tour guides (except Berlin) did detract from the experience, but we were notified that this would be a problem ahead of time. The itinerary did match the documentation for most of the trip, but there were exceptions with dinner. On multiple occasions we were expecting to be taken to an area of the city with restaurants per the documentation but then being left at the hotel. It would have been helpful to have been notified of the change ahead of time so we could plan better. It would also be helpful to be given accurate ETAs for coach stops. Frequently we weren't given information of when the next stop would be, or if we were, it was extremely inaccurate and this did not appear to be due to traffic.Show more
