    If you are referring to what we call "pre-sold options," then, yes, those are extra featured excursions you can add to your base tour at a cost to customize your travel experience. The availability of those options varies by departure date, but generally speaking, we offer four options for this itinerary.

    There is good availability for June 16th and ends on June 24th but don't wait to long it is based on availability at time of booking. We do offer a pre night it is 480.00 for the room. If you plan on the taking the optional tour to Victoria British Columbia it is required to have a pre night because it leave early on the 16th.

    I have a booking for 2 persons, for tour trip organized by Essence of Easten Canada (Ends in Montreal, 8 days)
    Can I change it to single booking? and how fast will by invitation document be ready for onward immigration process?

    We at Collette do not offer an Essence of Eastern Canada. We have the Best of Eastern Canada, but I am not seeing your name in our system. You may need to reach out to TourRadar and see where you are booked. But most companies will let you go from a double to a single but there could be fees to cancel 1 person and most of the time a single traveler pays a little bit more.

  Which tours through the Canadian Rockies are senior only tours?

    A lot of our travelers are retired or semi retired we don't have a senior only tour. For your tours children have to be at least 5 to be able to join the tour. Going in June when school is out could lead to more children. There maybe less children before school gets out or after they go back around the end of August and September.

  Is there any possibility to have this tour in July? and how much is the cost?

    The tour is available in July, at a rate of $5,999.00 per person. However they would be waitlisted as the available dates are nearly sold out and we would have to request more seats on the train. We have July 6, July 16 and July 23 open for waitlist.
    We would not be able to request more seats until a reservation is booked. Once a reservation is booked and they are waitlisted, at that time we will reach out to our vendor and request the additional seats. The vendor can then confirm, not confirm or confirm at a higher rate. If they do not confirm or confirm at a higher rate, they guest can either accept the higher rate or we can offer a full refund or move to a date that we can confirm them on.

    There is availability for our September 4, 2022 Canadian Rockies by Train tour.
    
    This tour is a maximum of 44 travelers so you would be with other people throughout the tour.

    Unfortunately, we ae not currently operating any sales on our Canadian Rockies by Train tour. We have provided the pricing for our September 1st departure, however this does not include airfare. Please let us know what airport is most convenient and we would be happy to quote airfare for you as well.

  does this tour operate during December 2022 and January 2023? if so, can additional days be added at Banff so a later departure date would need to be arranged. what date would the tour start from Vancouver.

    This tour is only operated between the months of April and October.
    
    Our standard itinerary runes Vancouver - Calgary. We cannot extend a tour during the middle of the tour but can assist in extending a stay in a city after the tour ends or you can leave the tour early and extend the tour on your own. If you end the tour early, we would not be able to assist in hotel/transfer arrangements.
