We are concerned about cramped long travel hours and porterage since we both are 50+ and have some lower back problems. We are Ok with walking and stair climbing upto 3 flights with relative ease, and we do not need any mobility aids but since we have a long trip planned to Canada from India, our luggage will be with us and we will not be able to haul it in and out of hotels and cars/vans. We are OK to keep part of our luggage constantly in the vehicle if permitted. Do suggest a solution.

We recommend using a backpack for your convenience, or a medium-sized suitcase if you prefer. Heavy luggage is not recommended for the health of the CEO, who will take a lead in loading the storage trailer. Due to space in the trailer, we will not be able to accommodate more than one piece of main luggage per person. A good size day-pack (20-35L) is also essential to carry your personal gear for the day, as access to luggage between destinations will be limited. We do not have porters for this trip.

I read in previous info with your company that it might be possible to add 2 days to our trip at either the beginning or end of the trip. I would like to be able to speak to someone from your company about that.

We can add post night accommodation at an additional cost however pre night accommodation is not offered.

  Wanted to know if we can get seats up front to avoid back pain. Also, are there any hotels on this trip where we may have to haul luggage up the stairs, since no porters are available?

  We can make a note about the front seats mentioned, however, this is a group tour and each CEO handles seating arrangements on transportation at their own discretion, therefore it will merely be a request and you will need to speak to the CEO on day 1.
  
  As for the stairs in the hotels, it's not guaranteed. It depends on the rooms assigned to you by the hotels. We have no say on room assignments since it depends on the hotels' availability. We can request ground level hotel rooms only, but once again this will merely be a request and will need to be something you speak to your CEO about on day 1.

  This tour is rated Physical Grading 3/5 (Average), making it ideal for travellers with a moderate level of fitness. Expect regular walking, easy to moderate hikes, sightseeing in national parks, and plenty of time spent outdoors enjoying the spectacular scenery. Most hikes are optional, and activities such as gondola rides, canoeing, hiking, rafting, and ziplining can be added during free time. While there are some longer travel days between destinations, the tour is not considered strenuous and is suitable for most active travellers. Therefore, you are more than welcome to book this tour.

  This tour includes 5 breakfasts and 1 lunch. From my count of breakfasts from the Full Itinerary, the breakfasts are included on Days 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Lunch is included on Day 4. The hotel may have the option to purchase a breakfast service or it may be a matter of the traveller "fending for themselves" while in-destination for breakfast.
