      Is this an organized group tour where we have a guide and everything is arranged for us? Where we stay with the same group for the duration of the trip in the accommodation and activities? Are they shared rooms? I will likely be coming from another g adventures tour ending in Johannesburg. And travelling solo so I would prefer a group tour.

      Yes everything from accommodation to activities listed will be organized for you and yes you stay with the same group and guide through your tour. Please note that we do not have fixed departures but however if you book your dates now we can then sell it as a fixed departure and we are most likely to have takers as October is very far away. In terms of accommodation unlike G Adventures we usually dont encourage people that do not know each other to share a room unless if we get 2 that opt for that.

      Can you tell me what 'partial guided independent travel' means in the trip description. And I notice for 1 traveler in October the price is 1690$ plus park fees. Is this accurate? If I book I assume I would get more details about the trip , airport transfers, hotels ect. Would it be a guaranteed trip or chance of it being canceled last minute if there isn't much other interest for the same start date (group size 19-22)?

      As i said before you are guaranteed 4 star accommodation and all listed activities including airport transfers. We will never cancel the trip even if we get 2 of you. Even if we fail to get anyone else which is not likely the trip will still run. If you are one the price gets hire because accommodation on single occupancy basis is more expensive than shared accommodation.

      Can you please clarify when and how to tourists find out which specific hotel they are staying in. And how to get more information on the airport arrivals like how to meet the guide?

      We used to mention hotels in the itinerary but we had issues when someone books the tour then we find the mentioned hotel fully booked. That being the case if yougive me your tentativ\u00eb dates then I will be able to tell you available hotels then you can pick from there. The package includes airport pick up and drop off so when you provide your flight details then we will wait for you off that flight with a board with your name on it.

      Depending on availability you are likely to be staying at the same hotel. If not your hotels won't ne more 2km apart which makes it easy.

    Can the Victoria Falls Hotel be arranged for accommodation? One traveler is wheelchair-bound and will not participate in the tour, so ensuring accessibility and a great view from the hotel is crucial.

      We usually use 4 star accommodation like Bayete guest lodge, Phezulu guest lodge or Savannah68 hotel. However if one has a hotel of own choice we can accommodate that and adjust the cost accordingly. If one traveler is wheelchair bound and they want the Victoria Falls hotel then they will have to get the Deluxe suites on the ground floor. They have good views.

      Included in the package is :
      1- Accommodation including breakfast
      2- All road transfers
      3- Lunch in Chobe
      4-Sevices of quallified guides
      5- Mineral water on tours and transfers

      Park fees, dinner and lunch on the other days not included.

      The day trip to Zambia includes tour of the falls on the Zambia side, The museum, Livingstone city tour and the Mukuni African village. I however think one page may not be enough to do all this. Probably what we can do is do Chobe on day 3 and if we see the space on the page allowing then we can do Zambia on day 4.

    Are any meals included outside of lunch at the Chobe Lodge? Perhaps breakfast is included at the B&B? Is there a time window when I should plan to arrive from the airport? It looks like I can get a flight that lands around 1:30pm. Does that work with the schedule? I will need to get a visa for Zimbabwe. Are those handled at the airport upon arrival, or do I need to acquire it in advance. On the free day, I saw there was a tour option in Zambia. Does that also require a visa (and would that affect the Zimbabwe visa, so I'd need to get multiple entries)? Weather-wise, is there anything in terms of clothing that I should bring?

      All Breakfasts and one lunch are meals included. 1330 arrival is good and suites the schedule properly. Your visa depends on your nationality. If you advise your nationality then I will be able to give an accurate answer. End of May is part of our winter so it can b cold so you need clothes that can keep you warm.

      Regarding the visa, I'm from the United States. If it is easier for me to apply in advance, I'm more than happy to do so. As far as paying for things while on the tour, am I right to assume that cash is better than credit? Also, do you have a suggestion on how much to bring and if it is better to exchange cash or use an ATM?
