In general this was an incredible trip with wonderful opportunities to see this area of the world relatively stress and hassle free. Transportation to and from the airports were for the most part done efficiently and conveniently. The majority of the guides and drivers were awesome save and except the one guide to the Mekong Delta day trip (which I found to be a waste of an entire day of traveling in a cramped bus to see very little and cajoled into paying a tip.) The accommodations for the most part were basic, sometimes remote from the main area, and sometimes run down with faulty air con. Check the hotels that are being organized and request changes in advance if you are not satisfied. I have to say that Ms. Tam and the tour company were excellent at making accommodations and responded immediately when there was a concern. I am grateful for their service! Cooking classes are highly recommended and a tour of the Hanoi on the back of a motorbike is the best! Halong Bay was wonderful and could have been a two day trip! Overall this trip was wonderful and I have fond memories of it!Show more

Everything was greatly organised (even though I did leave it very late booking) all the hotels were great, there was always someone to meet me and drop me back to the airport. We were a group of 16 Americans. Given the assistance of DNQ TRAVEL, our private tour to Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam was a memorable experience. The selections of DNQ Travel and Mr. Dong as our designated agents were made based on our friend’s recommendation. In accordance with our few ideas of what we would like to do, Mr. Dong recommended a suggested 19-day itinerary covering all our requests. he was professional starting from our very first email to his through to confirming the itinerary final version. He never failed to respond our questions within 24 hours. To the end, we had no issues wire-transferring the required travel funds to them. Everything went like clockwork including transfers to and from the airport. Because of an airline operations requirement, our domestic connecting flight departing Hanoi was unexpectedly delayed at the last minute, and our flight finally landed Ho Chi Ming prior to mid night. Many thanks for Dong’s immediate interventions that everything was quickly engaged, interacted, and settled. Our tour guide and coach driver met us at the airports promptly and took us to the hotels for late check-in flawlessly. Separately, the entire trip was organized and scheduled in a professional manner. My travel group was impressed with each of the destinations as well as the pick of 1st class hotel in every city. The different restaurants each day for luncheons and dinners were a highlight in their own way and the foods were all delicious. Last, but not the least, was Dong’s personal supports via mobile phone and WhatsApp throughout the journey for minor adjustments in itinerary with our wishes without additional upcharges. All my travel buddies and I felt in another world like at home. Overall speaking, Dong’s service was one-thumb up. She showcased her solid communications skills for tactful conflict & issue resolution. The value of the said experience was priceless. If we do revisit South East Asia in the future, Dong, as well as DNQ Travel, will be our wise choices AGAIN without hesitation.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 30th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 30th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with DNQ Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and DNQ Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "DNQ Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
