The accommodation near Heraklion was wonderful and the food amazing, with dinner included. The tour and especially the guide Maria for Knossos was fabulous but I missed the Spinalonga excursion as I arrived so late the night before and it started too early in the morning. The transfer from the airport was not ideal as I had to wait late in the evening for other flights to arrive, sitting on the bus with no information. Communication was not great and I felt very alone at the resort but it was good accommodation, food and tour.Show more

Though the basics like Itinerary, transportation, accommodation and meals were really good, there were a lot of issues in communication between the tour service, the hotel and the company in charge of touring us. The pick up times were kinda messy, too soon or too late, I even missed the bus one day and had to take a taxi to the next stop that it was a town over. While on the way to the airport they picked me up over half an hour late.Show more

We put customer experience and satisfaction as our priority so we have further investigated the issue. Upon contacting our operator, we were informed that on the day you missed the bus, the driver was on time at the designated pickup point but could not find you, even after calling your hotel. Regarding the delay on the departure day, we sincerely apologize. Unfortunately, it was beyond our control since a car accident happened causing heavy traffic. Once again, your feedback means a lot to us and we hope to be of service to you again in the future.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
