If you would like to have your own individual tent, there is an additional charge of USD 30.00 per person, which can be paid directly to your guide upon arrival in Cusco.

Just wondering if you could describe how the Machu Picchu pass is organised if one goes on this tour and whether the tour includes hiking of the trails in Macchu Picchu iitself, and if it is not all 3 trails, pelase outline which trails are included.

We include circuit 3 for Machu Picchu which si used in the guided tour. Also, you will have acces to circuit 1 to take the panoramic photos.

I am thinking about doing the 4 Day Classic Inca trail to Machu Picchu from December 28th - 31st 2025. Please let me know how the weather impacts this camping tour, and what fitness level will be required. Additionally is special clothing, shoe, backpack required?

We can arrange your desired group with the specific dates but consider that rain has a high percentege of happening so good gear will be needed. While raining hikeing is little more difficult but if you're fit (people who does excercise regularly), you can do it. Regarding the trek, we send good enough tents and camping equipment. Gore tex and rainproof clothes are needed. Also wanr clothers and think on wear on layers.

Unfortunatelly not, the Inca Trail is sold out all September. However, what about October 3rd?

What happens if we want to change our booking date?

Would like to come 2 days early to adjust to altitude. Do you have suggestions on lodging and where. At end of trip I assume we will need to find a room somewhere and fly out the next day? Can I see the painted mountains, how close is it?

We recommend a hotel located around the historical center of Cusco. You can find good prices and hotels on TripAdvisor or Booking. About Rainbow Mountain trip, you can take this trip on an extra day.

Is it necessary to share a tent if traveling alone?

If you are traveling alone, you can pay for a single supplement to have your own tent.

How far in advance should we reserve sleeping bag rentals?

It's advisable to reserve sleeping bags at least 3 days prior to your trek.

Are there bathrooms along the trail?

There are some toilets along the trail, but in certain sections, there may not be any available. Campsites do have toilets.

He led us with kindness and humor despite the different levels of fitness in our group. His extensive knowledge of the region's history, geography, and natural surroundings was astounding. His experience also greatly aided the smooth operation of everything. They took note of our dietary needs based on our prior email talks. If you are a vegetarian or have any other dietary needs, they would gladly make accommodations. Overall, the cuisine was superior to that which we had in various Cusco places. The dinner was everything after a long day! We had no problems after doing the traditional Inca Trail (4 days), and everything was just spectacular. The 4d/3n Inca Trail hike to Machu Pichu with Inkayni Peru Tours and it was truly one of our top travel experiences to date. If you're considering the 4-day trek, I highly recommend INKAYNI TEAM! The tour was well organized, everything went smooth. With the “private tour” (we make emphasis in this because we hired a group service) our guide Pedro gave us time when we needed it and let us run the show within the limits of time. We visited a lot of inca-sites and we got all the information we wanted without it beeing in any way tedious. Our cook and the porters accommodated all dietary restrictions, the porters are absolute superheroes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to make sure that their trip is organized by professionals who care about your experience and about the Inca trail.Show more

Inkayni Peru Tours could not have been a better choice for our 4 day trek on the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. My boyfriend and I had booked this trip prior to the pandemic. However, due to covid we weren’t able to go. Inkayni Team & Tourradar provided us with vouchers (CFFT) and we were able to go and use our vouchers. The inca Trail is a unique experience in the life, you should try to do it! the porters were ALSO doing in half the time, with massive bags on their backs, that carried all of our things. It was nothing short of incredible, they are all completely incredible and honestly made the WHOLE experience. The food was incredible, considering the basic cooking facilities within the camps. Overall, I had the most amazing time on this trek and would definitely recommend and use Inkayni Tours again!Show more

We spent Good times because the weather was favourable and sunny. The porters are some of the most hardworking people I’ve ever met and were the true stars of the show. Our every need was attended to with the greatest care and there were so many little touches which made for a really great experience. My family and I have just returned from the Inca Trial. Everything from start to finish was excellent, our guide Raul was extremely knowledgeable about the trail, the history of the Incas and his experience was invaluable in making everything run smoothly. Since the previous conversations throught emails they took note of our dietary requirements. They will happily accommodate if you are vegetarian or have any other dietary restrictions. Overall the food was better than what we had in some restaurants in Cusco. After an exhausted day the food was everything! - Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 16th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Inkayni Peru Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Inkayni Peru Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Inkayni Peru Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
