What time do you recommend he arrives at the airport for the pick-up on day one? What is the pick-up time window? Also, when does the adventure end on the last day so he can book his departure flight?

Regarding your concern about the arrival pickup and departure drop-off, we would like to inform you of the following: Arrival Pickup: We can arrange your pickup from the airport based on your flight timings. While you are free to choose any flight, we recommend selecting a flight that arrives around midday (approximately 12:00 PM). This timing aligns well with hotel check-in hours, which are typically between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Departure Drop-Off: If your trip begins on 12th January 2025, your last day of adventure will be 20th January 2025. Similarly to your pickup, we will also arrange your drop-off at the airport according to your flight timings. Please note that hotel check-out is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, so we advise you to schedule your departure flight accordingly.

This is 2 more days. This tour also include Kovalam in addition to other destinations included in 7 days tour.

Kerala was beautiful but we had a very mixed time with the support and guide etc. The guide ( Depak) was absent throughout the whole trip and messaged wrong information , muddled timings, uncertain guidance and didn't instill us with any confidence . The text message trail with Depak dissapeared every 24hours so unless i took screen shots the guidance and detail was gone anyway. Hotels were changed without us knowing unil arriving there. Our mini bus driver (Amodh )was a lovely man and did his very , very best (Use him again - but not his bus ) to help us but couldn' t hardly speak English and his mini bus was falling apart . Three seats i sat on fell apart and i landed each time on the floor . We genuinely thought the bus wold break down ... we were lucky but after our tour it did breakdown and i believe was scrapped. When we asked if the seats could be secured Depak sais thats how it is in India and no. I wouldnt recommend this tour to anyone it was the complete opposite experience to that of our first tour in Delhi and Golden Triangle etc. Reetica our guide there coud be running the whole show she was so good, I really do not feel we had value for money and so saddened by this - think compensation is due really as without our driver and his determination to try and make things work for us we were leading our own tour . George was a nice guide in Cohin but even he turned up on the wrong day to begin with ,I hope this gets read and someone looks into the issues as id hate for anyone else to experience quite what we did.Show more

My driver, Bibin was great. He drove extremely well, spoke good English, was very clean, well presented and punctual. He kept the car well presented, clean and tidy. He definitely looked after me as a solo traveller. The tour itinerary was good and I felt like I saw all I wanted to see in Kerala. I especially enjoyed the canals but was disappointed I didn't go to the Alleppey canals as per my itinerary. I believe some of the hotels could be upgraded as they weren't to the standard of other asian 3 star hotels. Still all were clean and tidy if a little faded. The English guide in Cochin was very good and had excellent knowledge and a good sense of humour.Show more

Our overall experience was very positive, with our driver NOUFEL being very helpful indeed. With one exception our hotels were of a very good standard, the exception being the Hotel Las Palmas near Munnar. This hotel is situated 6.5kms from Munnar town, and in our opinion is too far out of the way of the main tour route. The manager Mr Sijo and his staff were very friendly and helpful, he went out of his way to procure some flowers and a cake for the occasion of our 40th wedding anniversary. But they are hampered by a premises crying out for investment in improvements to the exterior and upgrades to room facilities. The other SEALORD group hotel we stayed in, the Silver Crest at Periyar was also in need of improvement. The itinerary seriously underestimates the time taken to drive from one place to another, in our experience it took around 50% longer than stated . We arranged before the tour started to spend some time in Fort Kochi, and at the end of the tour we booked an extra two nights at the Hotel Abad Plaza in Cochin, and a very glad we did, as to get off the flight fro Cyprus and commence a tour immediately would have been too tiring. Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 19th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 19th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with World Travel Experiences. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and World Travel Experiences will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
