Starting in Delhi, we marveled at historic monuments like Qutub Minar and enjoyed bustling markets. Our journey took us through Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, and Ranthambore. During our Ranthambore safari, we were fortunate to spot two tigers - one in the morning and another in the evening, along with numerous other animals. The guides were exceptional, always prompt and knowledgeable.
World Travel Experiences and their team provided excellent service, demonstrating kindness and responsiveness throughout our trip. The safari was incredible, the accommodations were comfortable, and overall, it was a truly memorable experience. We look forward to the possibility of visiting again in the future!

We opted for a 5 star hotel package and were a little disappointed @ the caliber of a couple of the hotels (dated decor, limited food choices, etc.), however, service was always amazing and staff very willing to assist. While the time spent at each location on paper seemed like a good pace, the scheduling of the trip could have been better planned in one area. We spent 2 nights in Agra and only 1 night in Ranthambore National Park.
* not enough to see in Agra to warrant 2 nights
* would have rather stayed in Ranthambore an extra night to have 2 afternoon safaris, as the morning safaris were too early both for the humans and the tigers during the winter months!
* on both safaris there were timing issues - the afternoon ended up being earlier than expected so we had to rush through lunch & the morning one ended up running later than expected meaning we had to rush to get to Fatehpur Sikri before it closed (we also missed getting to see the Abhaneri Stepwell)
* in Delhi the Red Fort & The India Gate were closed due to the annual Jan 26th Republic Celebration (if we had known about this celebration/closure in advance we might have chosen different dates)
Our driver was very accommodating and the guides in each city were knowledgeable and very helpful often answering our questions so thoroughly we could hardly absorb the details. Overall the tour was great and with a few minor changes it could be spectacular.
NOTE: we opted for a leopard safari and cooking class in Jaipur (leopard safari was early in the morning and had same results as early tiger safari), cooking class was a very quick demo of a couple of dishes (enjoyed meeting the family and lighting the paper lantern on the roof top, but no chance to actually cook)

This was a memorable tour, and we genuinely felt immersed in the “real India” experience, for better or worse. Our guides and drivers went above and beyond, not only sharing their knowledge about the …This was a memorable tour, and we genuinely felt immersed in the “real India” experience, for better or worse. Our guides and drivers went above and beyond, not only sharing their knowledge about the monuments we visited, but also providing rich historical and cultural context, often weaving in personal stories about their own lives and families. The pace was fast and, at times, intense, but also incredibly rewarding and energizing. We were impressed by how responsive the WTX team was to every question or concern that arose, and we deeply appreciated the kindness and flexibility shown by everyone we encountered along the way.
That's not to say the trip wasn't without a few hiccups, and I'd recommend getting full details on how much things will cost before committing to them. While I understand that upselling and negotiating may be part of the culture, it's best to be aware of tourist traps set up along the way.
Still, we had a beautiful and unforgettable trip—and we’re grateful for the care and effort that went into making it so immersive and meaningful.

The team were incredibly helpful, helping us to tweak the itinerary, including changing the order and dropping us off at a different airport, and suggesting additional trips such as a leopard safari in Jaipur (which I would definitely recommend!). The team were super quick to reply both before the trip and even whilst we were away if we had any small questions, which was really appreciated. Our driver, Pradeep, was amazing and looked after us so well. We had a guide in each city which I think elevated the experience (our guide in Delhi was particularly good). The hotels were great and were all able to cater for vegan dietary requirements too. Would definitely recommend this trip! One thing I'd suggest is if you would like to see tigers at Ranthambore then request a private jeep, ideally in the earlier zones (there are 10) zone as we heard this is the best chance of seeing a tiger - we weren't fortunate enough to see one this time, but means we have an excuse to go back!

At one point of the the trip our hotel rooms was booked under one persons name, it was a bit of a hassle if we didn’t eat at the same time. There was absolutely communication from the “tour guides” who put the trip together. Several times we had to reach out asking when was our pick up time. Our driver spoke very little English which made the trip a tad boring because he couldn’t show us other exciting things to do in India

Double check your Visa entry if going to neighboring countries, as well as change in foreign currency. Be prepared to pay Entrance fees not included or mentioned in your itinerary. The highlight was our wonderful driver Kamal, anyone would be lucky to spend a week in his company, such a kind and friendly man. He was very helpful and he helped us learn more about India and it's culture answering all our questions and even teaching us some Hindi.
His driving was exceptionally safe and relaxing, he kept the car pristine clean and always helped with checking in and ensuring we were happy. We stopped at the cleanest services, he went above and beyond to be accommodating especially to our young child.
All the guides were all very good, very knowledgeable and helpful.
The inteniery was good and we managed to see a lot of north India, the hotels were all fantastic, clean and accomodating.

Just returned from the Golden Triangle Tour with Ranthambore. As an American Solo Female Traveller, I felt completely safe and secure as WTX communicates via Whatsapp to ensure everything is running as smoothly as possible. My driver, Mr. Mikpal, was exceptional as he was punctual, accommodating, and extremely kind. The guides in each City were Knowledgeable, Insightful, and Professional. My favorite part of the trip was visiting Chandni Chowk, the oldest and busiest market in Old Delhi, no movie or documentary could give this experience except for seeing this in person. I highly recommend visiting: Gurudwara Shri Bangla Sahib ji, in Delphi, for the Spiritual Experience; Elephant Village in Jaipur as you get to pet and interact with the Elephants; and hiring photographer at the Taj Mahal in Agra as it adds a bit of fun to the whole breathtaking experience. I highly recommend this company and tour. Enjoy India!!!
From start to finish the tour was fabulous. All guides were locals and very passionate about there home towns. Accommodation was of great standard for India.

Varanasi was easily our favorite stop!
The overnight train, however, wasn’t a great experience for us. The 12-hour journey felt long, and as two female travelers sharing a carriage with two male strangers, we felt uncomfortable and would have preferred different arrangements.
Additionally, information on tipping would have been helpful. One guide’s comment about our tip created an awkward moment, leaving us second-guessing.
Overall, this tour was a wonderful experience, with just a few areas for improvement.

He asked if we wanted to extend the tour as we had planned a buffer day before and after.
After a long back and forth, we agreed to start a day earlier in order to acclimatize for an extra day in Namche Bazzar.
However, our flight from Doha to Kathmandu was delayed by over 6 hours and we arrived much too late, as all flights and helicopters were booked for an indefinite period due to the storms. Lukla could only be approached in good weather.
We were therefore asked if we wanted to switch to the ABC with additional Poon Hill Trek instead of the EBC. As we had no other choice we agreed and the person who had picked us up from the airport, who is also a trained guide, told us he needed 3 hours then he would be ready for the adventure up to the ABC.
Without further ado, we sat in a public minibus from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Due to the landslides and roadworks on this route, the journey took over 10 hours and we arrived in Pokhara late at night. From there we took a cab to the entry point to climb Poon Hill. The hike was fabulously beautiful and well organized. The guide was extremely helpful and happily assisted us with everything. We reached ABC with ease as planned. On the descent to Jhinu, our guide also invited us to the local hot springs.
We returned by plane from Pokhara to Kathmandu. We were able to arrange the flight simply by sending a WhatsApp message to the tour guide.
All in all, an extremely exciting and beautiful adventure trip. The people in Nepal are very nice, sincere and helpful. The only thing is that the times are more of an "estimated guess".

I encountered no problems, as everything was meticulously planned to provide a comprehensive overview of Indian culture. The drivers were skilled and navigated the roads with ease, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey. Both the drivers and guides were professional and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. The hotels were generally good. Two of them were particularly excellent, while the others, despite some cleanliness issues, were satisfactory. However, the only downside was being taken to too many local shops, where sellers were overly persistent in pressuring to buy something.

Those parts that exceeded our expectations were firstly our driver Anand Messi who was an absolute superstar, he was incredibly attentive to our every need & we felt very safe with him. All the guides we had were amazing especially Raghu & Yogi ( unsure of spelling). The hotel we had in Agra was beautiful ( Savoir Portico) & also the Ranthambore (Shergarh) was fantastic. The other hotels we were in (Delhi, Jaipur & Delhi airport) fell far below our expectations & in one instance ( Delhi airport) we had to leave & book in to another hotel as we felt we could not stay there. We did however book the tour quite late so that could be one of the reasons. I would highly recommend this tour but maybe work closely with the tour operator to ensure you are happy with the hotels or choose a higher class of hotels - ours were 4 star & heritage although that didn’t equate to 4* in Uk hotels other than the Agra & Ranthambore ones ( which would be 4 * in Uk)

It was good that there were tour guides in the cities. Our driver and the vehicle were particularly excellent.
The hotels were good, as were the rooms. The only thing we didn't always like was the location, often outside the city or on main roads. So it was no longer possible to get to the sea or the old town in the evening or the journey times were very long.
We were happy to have booked the trip.
Overall, this tour is a fantastic introduction to the magical, colourful and exciting country, called India.

A complete safe way to enjoy the overwhelming beauty of this part of the world. Our extremely reliable and punctual driver took excellent care of us. His lack of knowledge of the english language was somewhat disappointing, but all the guides spoke english fluently. All but one hotel (last minute change to another hotel in Jaipur) were very good. The one in Jaipur didn’t meet the standards of the other hotels and was a big disappointment. The extra activity, we booked, a cooking lesson in Jaipur, was a lovely evening full entertainment, including a ‘laugh yoga’ lesson, but wasn’t much of a cooking class.
As far as the cooking part, this was more of a demonstration and contained no real involvement of us, but we enjoyed ourselves.
My only real criticism of this tour would be, for us, it was too fully packed with guided sightseeing, with hardly any time for self exploring. And there’s a lot of driving in a short period of time. A lot. I would suggest to extend the tour with one or two days to be able to have a bit more relaxing vacation. But looking back, we are very happy, we made so many beautiful memories, thank you so much!
