  Could you please confirm the hotel name in Delhi and whether it has a pool? Additionally, how far is the airport from the hotel? Could you also provide the monument fees and a quote for one post-night stay?

    Agra : Golden Tulip
    Jaipur : The fern residency/Laxmi palace
    Ranthambore : Shergarh
    
    Sarovar Patel Nagar is about 1 hr away from Airport , Park plaza will be 1:30-2hrs away.
    
    Delhi post night to nearby hotel will be
    USD 95 per room per night .
    And the monument entrance will be approx
    INR 7000 per person for all the places in the tour.

    At this time We can confirm : 20th April 2026 We have small group 0f 3 members. In March we have several dates for this Golden Triangle Tour With Ranthambore With Luxury 4 Star Hotels Tour 19 March : 4 members, 31st March : 3 members, 13 March : 5 members. Final group numbers are usually confirmed nearer to the travel date, but please be assured that this will not be a private tour.

    Which hotel do we stay at on Sat 4 April? Does it have a swimming pool? Can I book an extra night for the two of us on Frid 3 April? If it has a pool, can I also book an extra night for two at the end of the tour (for Sat 11 April)? What time to we get back to Delhi from Agra on Sat 11 April? If we stay an extra night can we still receive free airport transfer from you on Sun 12 April? Could I have details of the optional extras in Delhi, Jaipur and Agra and cost? Can I be kept advised of numbers joining the tour starting Sat 4 April?

    For Saturday 4 April in Delhi, as you have requested a hotel with a swimming pool, please note that normally 4-star hotels in Delhi do not have swimming pool facilities. However, we can accommodate you at Park Plaza, Shahdara, which is a 4-star hotel and does have a swimming pool. Yes, Park Plaza, Shahdara has a swimming pool. Yes, you can certainly book an extra night for two of you. Yes, if you would like to stay an extra night at the end of the tour on Saturday 11 April at the same hotel, we can arrange this for you as well, subject to availability. On Saturday 11 April, we expect to return to Delhi from Agra in the early evening, approximately between 6:00–7:00 pm, depending on traffic conditions. Yes, even if you stay an extra night in Delhi, you will still be entitled to the free airport transfer on Sunday 12 April. We will be happy to share the full details and costs of the optional excursions in Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra separately for your review. We will keep you updated on the number of participants joining the tour starting on Saturday 4 April as bookings are confirmed.

    Could you check availability at the Park Plaza Shahdara for the two extra nights (Frid 3 April and Sat 12 April) and hold them for 24 hours? What is the extra cost? We need a double/twin room with two beds. Could you also advise whether you will meet us off our flight from NZ the day before the tour starts?

    On Day 8 of the tour (Sunday, 22 March 2026), we can arrange your drop-off at Delhi Airport according to your international flight schedule to Kathmandu. Normally in our Golden Triangle with Nepal Tour we book 1600 Flight From Delhi. International reporting time is 3 hrs before flight. And Agra Delhi drive is approx. 4 hrs. So we suggest to book flight after 2-3 PM.

    If your flight to Delhi arrives at around 3 AM, we will arrange for your airport pickup accordingly. We provide 24X7 Pickup and Drop. Our driver will be there to meet you at the arrival hall holding a placard with your name. But for express check-in in Delhi hotel we will need a pre night hotel booking with breakfast. There will be an extra of USD 105 for 2 members.

    Day 03 - Delhi to Jaipur - 265km and it takes 5 hrs traveling by road to Reach Jaipur. Day 05 - Jaipur to Ranthambore - This day you will travel from Jaipur to Ranthambore after breakfast and afternoon you will have game ride in Ranthambore National Park. Day 08 - Agra to Delhi - 230 km and it takes 4 hrs traveling by road to Reach New Delhi. You will be reaching New Delhi by 2pm.

    With the Ranthambore Park, are the tour guides part of your organization, or do the parks provide the guides? Are the guides naturalist so that they know the best zones to look for tigers as well as watching out for wildlife? Do we get a choice between the jeep or a cantor? Our research indicates that zones 1-5 are better for spotting tigers, will we get a choice on where we go on each of the rides?

    Guides at Ranthambore will be naturalist guides who are well-trained with in-depth knowledge of the park's wildlife. They're skilled in tracking movements and know the best zones for tiger sightings. You can choose between a 6-seater open jeep or a 20-seater canter. While Forest Department assigns zones through an automated system, we always try to request preferred zones 1-5 for guests.

    The price for the tour on double share is roughly 674.44 Euro. The rooms are assigned based on gender etc. We have 4 person on this date but they are together 2 Male and 1 Couple (2 rooms). If we get same gender who wish to share the room in that case we can assign you a shared room.
