  We are coming from a wedding and so will likely have 1 or two large suitcases as well as a smaller bag. Are we able to bring them with us and if so would they be secure on the bus during the day?

    For the tour you will have a private car throughout the tour, so there will be no problem at all in carrying your suitcases with you during the journey. There will be sufficient space for your luggage in the vehicle.
    
    Alternatively, if you have any bags that you will not need during the tour, we can also arrange for you to leave them securely at our office in Delhi or in the luggage storage room at your Delhi hotel.

  Could you give me a little more information on the approximate cost of additional options monument costs and Camera fees for this tour please? Also how many more people would you expect to be taking part?

    Regarding the additional costs, monument entrance fees and camera fees are not included in the tour price. As a guideline, I would recommend allowing approximately INR 7000 per adult for monument entrances during the tour. Video Camera fees, where applicable, are usually minimal and are approx INR 200 - 500. For August month we do not have group available, all the current booking is private tours. If we do not get booking then we will run your tour for both of you in the same price.

    What about ranthambore? Another tour company said it is not open during August but I see yourselves and other companies offering it as an option.

    Half of the Zones are open for Safari in August also. While the core zone (1-5 are closed till September).

    Tigers can occasionally be spotted in Zones 7, 9, and 10 as well, although sightings there tend to be less frequent. During the summer months, tigers often move throughout the forest in search of water and prey, so they may be seen across different areas of the park. However, Zones 1, 3, and 4 are generally considered the best zones for tiger sightings and offer a higher chance of encountering them.

  I am looking into booking the following tour- Golden Triangle Tour With Ranthambore With Luxury 4 Star Hotels on May 9th. I am a solo female traveller and I read a review saying there was a woman who experienced a little bit of uncomfort and harrassment because she expected a group tour and ended up being on the tour alone. I am also traveling alone and part of the reason I am looking into this tour is because I would want to travel India with a group of people. Can you confirm if it is common for your tours to only operate with a couple people?

    For This tour in May we do not have a group as of now , but hopefully in further days we may get more bookings. We have a small group of 2+ 1 members on 27th April for the same tour . If your dates are flexible you can plan for this date to join them . They are young group from Italy and UK .

    Sarovar Patel Nagar is about 1 hr away from Airport , Park plaza will be 1:30-2hrs away.
    
    Delhi post night to nearby hotel will be

    Which hotel do we stay at on Sat 4 April? Does it have a swimming pool? Can I book an extra night for the two of us on Frid 3 April? If it has a pool, can I also book an extra night for two at the end of the tour (for Sat 11 April)? What time to we get back to Delhi from Agra on Sat 11 April?     For Saturday 4 April in Delhi, as you have requested a hotel with a swimming pool, please note that normally 4-star hotels in Delhi do not have swimming pool facilities. However, we can accommodate you at Park Plaza, Shahdara, which is a 4-star hotel and does have a swimming pool. Yes, Park Plaza, Shahdara has a swimming pool. Yes, you can certainly book an extra night for two of you. Yes, if you would like to stay an extra night at the end of the tour on Saturday 11 April at the same hotel, we can arrange this for you as well, subject to availability. On Saturday 11 April, we expect to return to Delhi from Agra in the early evening, approximately between 6:00–7:00 pm, depending on traffic conditions. Yes, even if you stay an extra night in Delhi, you will still be entitled to the free airport transfer on Sunday 12 April. We will be happy to share the full details and costs of the optional excursions in Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra separately for your review. We will keep you updated on the number of participants joining the tour starting on Saturday 4 April as bookings are confirmed.

    Could you check availability at the Park Plaza Shahdara for the two extra nights (Frid 3 April and Sat 12 April) and hold them for 24 hours? What is the extra cost? We need a double/twin room with two beds. Could you also advise whether you will meet us off our flight from NZ the day before the tour starts?
