I need a detailed itinerary of times for activities for each day

Here i have provided a short Itinerary with approx. timings when you will be busy in tour. You can hardly make some time in Jaipur on Day 3, Day 01 if you arrive early. Day 01 – Arrive Delhi Meeting and assistance on arrival at the airport, our representative will meet you. Rest of the day is at Leisure. Overnight at hotel. Day 02 – At New Delhi By 0930 - 1000 Hrs Today we take a guided tour of Old Delhi, And New Delhi By evening 1700 - 1800, you will be back at hotel. Overnight stay in Delhi. Day 03 – Delhi - Jaipur At 0930 Hrs After breakfast depart by surface to Jaipur, on arrival check in at Hotel. Jaipur Widely known as the Pink City. At aproxx 1500 hrs Reach jaipur Afternoon is kept free to visit the famous Markets or relax at hotel or can do any additional activity. Overnight at hotel. Day 04 – In Jaipur By 0930 Hrs Today we take an excursion to Amber Fort, full day sightseeing. Back to hotel by aproxx 1700 Hrs Overnight stay in Jaipur. Day 05 – Jaipur – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra At 1000 Hrs Morning after breakfast drive towards Agra. At 1500 Hrs Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri. At 1600 hrs Arrive Jaipur Later proceed towards Agra. Upon arrival check in to hotel & relax for a while. Overnight stay in Agra. Day 06 – Agra – Varanasi Night Train By 0600 hrs Early morning visit Taj. Return to hotel have breakfast. by 1100 AM checkout Agra hotel. Visit Agra Fort Evening train to Varanasi. night in train Note: TajMahal Closed on Friday. Visiting will be shifted a day before if it fall on Friday Overnight on Board. Day 07 – Arrive Varanasi at 0700 Hrs Arrival in Varanasi. Afternoon Varanasi sightseeing Evening Boat Ride and Ganga aarti Overnight at hotel. Day 08 – Varanasi Departure At 1100 Hrs hotel checkout Visit to Sarnath. Later drop at Railwaystation/Airport to board Flight/Train for onwards destination.

How much is it more to upgrade to 5★ Hotels incl. Breakfast for this Tour

The additional cost to upgrade to 5★ hotels including daily breakfast for 2 adults is USD 250 Per Person for the full duration of the tour. This will include Train Journey in 1st Class AC from Agra/Delhi - Varanasi. 5 Star Hotels. Hotels include: Delhi: The Lalit/Radisson/Metropolitan Nikko, Agra: Radisson/Grand Mercure, Jaipur: Sarovar Premier/Indian palace/Radission, Varanasi: Rivitash/Radission/Similar

My husband and I are looking at booking this itieneary. We would like to get a better idea about what is planned for each day, including the downtime we get. We want to get a better understanding of the itineary so we can plan and book flights. The first and last days seem like pickup/dropoff days. So the tourns actually rungs from Nov 15-Nov20?

Please note that Day 01 and Day 08 are reserved for airport pick-up and drop-off to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience. This itinerary offers a wonderful opportunity to explore India's historical, spiritual, and world heritage sites, including a visit to the iconic Taj Mahal in Agra. It's a well-planned and seamless trip designed to make your visit truly memorable.

Are the train tickets included in the price? We are travelling in four people group arriving on different flights from different cities, will we be picked up separately? We will require one of the hotel rooms to be twin bed.

Is it possible to stay until the evening or have another night in Varanasi? If we decide to stay one more night, could you arrange another night at the same hotel?

Can you please confirm that the Airport to Hotel or Hotel to Airport transfers can line up with my booked dates.

We will proceed with booking your pre- and post-night hotel accommodations. Your airport transfers are also included for both arrival and departure, in accordance with your flight timings.

Do we do the early morning boat ride in Varanasi? Do we have the same guide for the entire trip?

In this tour boat ride is optional. We arrange the ride as per your choice. If you want it to be in Morning we will book for the morning, and same as evening. Guide is different in different cities. But there will be same driver with you from Delhi till Agra, and a different driver in Varanasi.

whats the best way to get back to delhi - flight or train and is there a tour that starts and ends in delhi plz let me know or otherwise can you book train for us

The best way to be back to Delhi from Varanasi is by Flight. The flight fare could be approx. 112 - 120 AUD per person. There is Superfast train (7hrs Chair Car )from Varanasi which is aproxx 65 AUD per person. If you have a evening flight you can take Train Options as wlll.

The night 3 and 4 are in JAIPUR. The hotel here too is 4 star The Fern Residency

Would I still get picked up this late from the airport? And do I have to book the tour starting from the 4th - 11th or from the 5th - 12th in this case?

I was forewarned about going to India but this was on my bucket list. The tour was amazing. I loved the sandstone forts and palaces! Taj Mahal was what I expected- just beautifully amazing! I added Ranthambore and was graced with 3 different tiger sightings on the safari. The 4 star hotels were good. The breakfast was pretty much the same with a good variety of Indian dishes and with a mix of some Western dishes. The only thing I did not enjoy was the train ride from Agra to Varanasi and then the second one from Varanasi to Delhi. They were both too long. The first one was about 12 hours with the delays from the fog and the second one was 16 hours. Overall, it was a different experience to add to my travels.Show more

My husband and I are looking at booking this itieneary. We would like to get a better idea about what is planned for each day, including the downtime we get.   The best way to be back to Delhi from Varanasi is by Flight. The flight fare could be approx. 112 - 120 AUD per person. There is Superfast train (7hrs Chair Car )from Varanasi which is aproxx 65 AUD per person. If you have a evening flight you can take Train Options as wlll.
