For this tour, accommodations consist of twin-bedded rooms (two separate beds per room). Regarding meals, please note the specific days where lunch and dinner are not included. On these occasions, the tour leader will assist the group with local lunch arrangements and provide recommendations for nearby restaurants for dinner.

I am gluten-intolerant; are there options for me? Also, I understand there are bergamot farms in this area; will we be visiting one?

As long as we know at the time of booking that you are gluten-intolerant, we can absolutely ensure there are options for you. During the tour, there is not an opportunity to visit Bergamot farms. While we don't visit Bergamot farms, you do stay on a working farm where they grow lots of local vegetables.

I'm travelling solo but understand you would match me with another female and we would share a room to get the price of $2,336. We would have separate beds and the two of us would share a bathroom. Is it possible to extend my stay? I would be coming from Canada so would prefer to stay longer. I would also like to spend time in Sorrento and Cinque Terre while I'm there. Do you offer any assistance with flights? Can you get a better price as a tour operator? I would be flying from Toronto (YYZ). I understand I can fly into Rome, and take a train to Naples. Or fly directly into Naples which is usually more expensive. You probably note this somewhere, but are all meals included?

Yes, if you book into a shared room, you would be matched with another traveler of the same gender. You would have two beds in the room and you would share a bathroom. For this specific tour, we are not able to add any additional nights to the tour. We do sell the tour as land only and do not offer any flights so this something that would need to be done separately. For meals included, we include 7 breakfast, 3 lunches and 4 dinners.

Is $3,210 the cost of a solo traveller or is it a twin share price. I will be travelling alone and do not want to share a room.

Although I can't tell the date that you are looking at, it looks to me like $3210 is the price of a twin share. The solo supplement begins at $810 but again depends on the date that you are looking at.

How is the availability of single occupancy? I am solo traveler. When will this 20% discount deal end?

The single room is available for the May 30, 2026 departure for this tour. Booking Dates Between: Thursday 04 September to Thursday 25 September 2025. (So the sale finishes today Thursday September 25th) Travel Dates Between: 01 January 2026 and 31 December 2026.

How much would we walk each day

This trip combines leisurely and moderate - graded walks with an average daily distance of 10km. You should be confident of your capability to enjoy the higher graded walks. Our farm stay is 600 metres above the Amalfi coast and much of the walking is along ancient paths and stairways. The sometimes lengthy ascents and descents along these routes - as well as often uneven surfaces - can be tough to navigate and put pressure on the knees. Expect some rocky and slippery surfaces, we'll be walking on all kinds of terrain from well - worn stone steps to rugged old mule trails. We recommend walking poles to help with the more challenging ascents and descents. If you're booking onto a July or August trip, be prepared to hike in temperatures of 35°c or more.

I'm a vegetarian. Is this likely to be a difficulty?

It is not an issue if you are vegetarian as long as we know if advance and can note for the local office. There is a wide variety of fruits and vegetable readily available. We do suggest vegetarian may wish to bring along extra snacks.

We recommend walking poles to help with the more challenging ascents and descents. We recommend you bring walking boots - leather or fabric are both fine. Some of the paths are a bit rocky underfoot and so you could twist an ankle if not wearing boots. Sneakers are not recommended. Make sure that your boots are worn-in and comfortable before the start of the trip.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 28th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 28th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Explore!. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 75 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Explore! will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Explore!" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.

- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
