    Asked on October 22nd, 2025

I want to confirm the price listed based on private single room is US $4242, with all inclusions noted, in case the price is different for any reason. Also, this is a small group trip, correct? I'm not looking for private, solo tour. For the overnight camp, my understanding is that all equipment is provided, including a sleeping bag/pillow or other bedding. Is this correct?

    • World Tour PlanOperatorWritten October 2025

The price for one participant in a private single room is USD 4,242, inclusive of all the services and experiences mentioned in the itinerary. There are no hidden or additional charges beyond what's listed. This is indeed a small group tour, not a private solo trip. We keep our groups intentionally small (typically 6-12 participants). For the overnight camping, all equipment - including tents, sleeping bags, pillows, and other necessary bedding - will be provided and arranged for you.

What are my next steps? Should I select the Book Now option on the TourRadar sight?

    • World Tour PlanOperatorWritten October 2025

Please go ahead and select the 'Book Now' option on the TourRadar site to confirm your spot on the tour. Once your booking is confirmed there, we'll be in touch with the detailed pre-arrival information, visa processing steps, and a checklist to help you prepare for your trip.

    Tour Details
    • World Tour PlanOperatorWritten October 2025

On average, our groups consist of 8–12 travelers. The trip requires a minimum of 1 travelers to operate, and we keep the group size intimate with a maximum of 16 travelers to ensure a personalized experience.

Could I also enquire about additional detail around accommodations (will they all be ensuite?), and detail around hikes, transport vehicles etc.

    • World Tour PlanOperatorWritten October 2025

Accommodation: All accommodations will be ensuite, providing you with comfort and privacy throughout your stay. Hikes: The hikes included in the itinerary are well-paced and guided by experienced local guides. Transport: All ground transportation will be in comfortable, private vehicles suited for the group size.

Any spring 2026 dates? Is the Tango Monastery aka Tiger's Nest?

    Tour Details
    • World Tour PlanOperatorWritten July 2025

Yes, we can certainly organize trips for Spring 2026. Kindly let us know your preferred month or travel dates, and we'll be happy to share suitable options and availability. Also, just to clarify — the famous Tiger's Nest Monastery is actually called Paro Taktsang, located in Paro. Tango Monastery is a different monastery located near Thimphu, Bhutan's capital. Both are beautiful and significant, and we'd be glad to include either (or both!) in your itinerary based on your interests.

    Pauline

    Asked on June 9th, 2025

I am a solo traveller. I'm happy to share with another woman. Is that possible! How much is the single supplement?

    Single supplement
    • World Tour PlanOperatorWritten June 2025

Yes, we can certainly arrange for you to share a room with another solo female traveller, subject to availability. We'll do our best to match you with a suitable roommate. If you prefer to have a room to yourself, the single supplement for this tour is US$4,242

      TravelerWritten June 2025

I have an additional question for you. Do we carry our complete pack everyday? Is there an option to hike with pnly a day pack?

    • World Tour PlanOperatorWritten June 2025

Yes, we do have a pony and a guide available. You won't need to carry your complete pack every day — you can hike with just a day pack while the rest of your luggage is carried by the pony.

    • P

      Pauline

      TravelerWritten June 2025

Some clarification, please. Details of your tour in tourradar said "private room". Do you mean a room for one person? If I do not need a single room, do I have to pay the single supplement if there is no other solo female traveler? I find it difficult to work out how much walking is involved. Mostly you give a time estimate in hours do no detail of the actual distance or elevation gain. We do not appear to be camping so it is at all necessary to carry more than a day pack?

    • World Tour PlanOperatorWritten June 2025

Yes, "private room" means you will have your own room, not shared with any unknown person. There is no extra cost or single supplement required for this – it's included in the package. As for the walking, it's very relaxed – typically 1 to 2 hours a day, more of a leisurely walk than a strenuous hike. We've kept it light so you can truly enjoy the surroundings without any pressure. You only need to carry a small day pack with your personal essentials like water, sunscreen, or camera. If at any point it feels too heavy, your guide will be happy to help carry it for you.

We are interested in the Kingdom in the Clouds tour. We like the mix of culture & hiking. I have a few questions. How many people are usually on the tour? Is it possible to customize the tour? Maybe adding a couple days to see the Bumthang valley?

    Tour Details
    • World Tour PlanOperatorWritten June 2024

As this trip is a private trip so you will be accompanied by your professional guide and licensed driver. We can add Bumthang if you extend 3 days more and make it as 14 days trip.
