Is this tour handicap accessible? My wife has mobility issues and uses a walker. We would need accessible hotel and transport accommodations.

We are able to accommodate our guest that have mobility issues. She will be able to bring a walker or wheel chair if she needs to have one. We only require that she is able to get on and off the coach and participate in the mandatory seat rotation on the coach. We can submit a request for a mobile accessible room, however there is no guarantee that the room will be accessible. We recommend that you confirm upon arrival at the hotel if you will be assigned an accessible room. Once you are booked on the tour, you will have to provide information about your equipment you or your wife will need.

What if I need to adjust the date of my tour?

There will be an additional $1600 USD for single travelers. This will allow you to have your own private room for the duration of the tour. Our Optional Excursions are not confirmed or priced until 60 days prior to the departure. We do not offer Zip Lining or Sky Diving options on this tour. You may be able to purchase those excursions through a local company. You can speak to the Tour Director about this option.

  I should have clarified what my situation is and my likely travel companion's situation. I am late deafened and do not know sign language. My friend who may be traveling with me also is late deafened and wears a cochlear implant. We both require to see a person's lips move to understand speech. We have taken tours with a different company both to US and Canada and were accommodated by sitting opposite the director. Without this accommodation we cannot understand what is being said and miss important information.
