Our Summer dates and prices are already available so you can take a look on that and place a deposit for your trip. We do believe May/June is a good date to confirm your trip. As long as you are able to assist your mother with getting on and off the bus and navigating the steps at our Aurora Centre, she is welcome to participate. Please note that the Aurora Centre has a gravel surface, so unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchairs. However, if she is able to walk a little, she should be just fine. For the Welcome City Tour, she is welcome to remain on the bus during the stops and enjoy the sights from the window if she prefers not to disembark.

I am a solo traveler and at the beginning I have added that I can accommodate with another solo traveler, still I am not able to book the tour. Please help

Unfortunately, we cannot offer this package as we open until after August 15th, as it marks the opening of our summer season. If you have flexibility in your travel dates, we would be happy to assist you in booking the package at that time.

Yes, if you arrived in Whitehorse before 8:30pm we will provide airport pick up, orientation, itinerary and then drop off at the Sternwheeler Hotel.

We highly recommend the Arctic winter clothing, especially since you're coming from a warmer place like Florida. The price per person for the 3Nights/4Days tour is $211.00 CAD, plus 5% GST, totaling $221.55 CAD. Currently, we have availability for the tour program you're interested in. On time with tours, excited and friendly about helping, answering questions and especially viewing the northern lights, helping with camera settings! The Northern lights were spectacular and God showed His splendor this side of Heaven! I would definitely recommend Artic Adventures/TourRadar. Thank you so much! PS: The timeschedule is grueling and we did not get much sleep, but it was worth it. Hard to find some places to eat within the time frame allotted. Be nice if hotels offered room service for food. Sternwheeler had very limited hours for their restaurant . Suggest maybe offer bag lunches for a price, rather than not eating.Show more

Would have been nice to split those activities up and not leave Friday wide open with nothing. We don’t have transportation and walking around in such cold temps- we didn’t get far. The wildlife tour and hot springs was very good. The city tour- much was closed because of unusually large amount of snowfall. Didn’t see aurora, but no control over that!Show more

The Aurora Viewing and Wildlife tour was fast paced, scheduled daytime activities and staying awake half the night. Whitehorse is a friendly walkable town with delicious food and cute shops. Our tour guides were polite and knowledgeable and always concerned about our safety. I only have one complaint, the outhouses at the Aurora Center. I understand the wilderness location makes washroom luxuries impossible. But making outhouses a little bigger would make it easier to use. Also the floor was slippery, maybe rubber mat would help. Thanks for everything. The Aurora was a spiritual experience I’ll never forget.Show more
