There is no rail travel required during the itinerary. You'll enjoy comfortable coach travel throughout the journey, with your Travel Director and driver handling all logistics between destinations

    The December 7, 2025 departure date is available and definite status. The twin room rate is CAD 3,931.25 per person, which already includes the 'Today's Deal' promotion. Please note that, under the terms of this promotion, the final payment will be due 120 days before departure. The trip rate is subject to change until the booking is created.

    You can book flights on same day of your departure date to avail our complimentary arrival and departure transfer. Complimentary arrival transfers depart Vienna International Airport (VIE) at 10:00 and 13:30 on the first day of the tour.

  can you provide an invitation letter and day-to-day itinerary with your fee. we are 2 travelers / we need an invitation letter from the tour operator with a day-to-day itinerary for visa application to show our purpose for travel. let me know what will be the advance cost for tour id1130. just send the details about the payment method before travel and after travel and about the refund policy if the visa is rejected. what do I have to pay first. can you help me with visa approval also. is it included in this pack

    in order to assist you with Visa Documents we would need you to book a tour with us and pay your booking in full in order for us to release Visa documents. if the desired Travel date is more than 90 days away, we require a non-refundable deposit payment. if the departure date is within 90 days from the current date, we require full payment. we do not assist with Visa applications. before Final Payment Date - Deposit charge. Final Payment Date until 30 days before departure - 50% cancellation fees. 29 days - 2 days before departure - 80% cancellation fees. 1 day before or day of departure - 100% cancellation fees

    The cancellation penalty will be based on your departure date. Before Final Payment Date - Loss of Deposit. Final Payment Date until 30 days before departure - 50%. 29 days - 2 days before departure - 90%. 1 day before or day of departure - 100%. Same goes with the date change.

    Airfare is not included in this trip. The costs include a day-by-day itinerary, accommodation for 7 nights, and meals (7 breakfasts, 1 lunch, and 3 dinners).
