  This was the first time to India and of all my travels and country 96 i'm visiting in my life, this was the worst tour ever. I don't like to write this down, but i feel i have to warn people going with this company. The boss of the company is someone who probably doesn't know how the guides are messing up the reputation of the company he wants it to be. I suggets to get rid of some people. To begin with Paul the guide in Delhi what a slick guy this is and also rude. First day a driver picked me up at the airport in Delhi and then picked up my guide Paul. Another girl was picked up for the Delhi city tour and of we went. Paul who just met me was saying to the girl that I was asking to much questions before I came on this trip. I don't know what wrong with having questions about certain things tht are related to my first travel to India. If he was annoyed by certain questions then why did he agree to be my guide ? I needed an extra night to be booked on thsi trip with transfer to the airport, I could do this myself but since I'm going with an organised touragency I thought it would be easy to ask Samiworldtravels to arrange this for me. Lucky that I got in touch with the boss of the company on whatsapp who told me the price for hotel and transfer would be 70 euros. Paul however didn't want to believe that the price included the transfer untill i could prove it to him with the whatsapp conversation I had with the boss of Samiworldtravels before my travel to India. Suddenly he said ok ok. If I would not have this proof I think he would rip me off and ask a higher amount for me to pay in cash. So after the Delhi trip on tuesday evening, I payed Paul 70 euros and he promised me he would arrange hotel for me for fridaynight. Thursday evening I contacted Paul on whatsapp and he didn't arrange anything for me. Since I kept pushing by telling him that the deal was that I payed the money to him cause he told me to arrange it, he eventually booked it. I don't think its normal if he says i need to pay him the money in cash so he can directly arrange it that after 2 days nothing was booked and thta I myself had to ask him abut it on whatsapp. He did write me every evening on whatsapp to ask me how my trip was going , pretending he cared. He didn't care at all , the proof is the fact that the only thing he needed to do for me, booking that 1 extra hotelnight he didn't do it directly and then he came with some lame excuse that its not easy to find hotels this season, while he already knew weeks before I was in India that I needed an extra night, I even told him which date it was. Its frustrating that once I was in India he asked me again what day it exactly was I needed the booking. ou can see how well prepared he was for my trip, clearly clueless. However he's the first to compalin about me having certain questions about my first travel to India while he keeps asking the same questions about things I'm already wrote him on whatsapp. However he uses a whatsapp feature in which the conversations after 24 hours get erased so that explains why he then forgets whatever people write to him. Amateur and non professional. I also payed him 50usd for all the entry tickets for the sightseeings. In Agra I had another guide and he didn't know anything about the fact that I payed for the entry tickets to Paul in Delhi. The funny thing is I asked Paul in Delhi the evening before goign to Agra if I should pay the guide when I arrive in Agra, no he said you pay everything to me and I will arrange it and communicate it. Nothing was communicated to the guide in Agra by Paul. I got more the feeling that Paul wanted to keep the money for himself. Also they are clueless about the program lucky i had a copy of it to show it to the guide in Agra what my programm was. The guide in Agra went woth me to the Taj Mahal but didn't show it proper to me, I didn't even see the backside of the Taj. It was quick quick and that was cause he wanted to drag me into a shop where they make souvenirs of stones and also wanted to show me a scarf factory a family business, this is offcourse in the hope you will buy there. I don't come to India to buy a scarf on the day I want to see the Taj, so I told him it didn't interest me much. Also I don' tknow but I was constantly told by him at the Taj Mahal I can't take videos cause the guards are looking. i have seen many people making videos and never seen a guard interfearing with it. The guide in Agra was a muslim and since the Taj Mahal is a muslim sighteeing with the mosque next to it maybe thats why he didn't want me to take videos and was scaring me with the fact that guards will kick me out. I did make videos but not in a very relaxed way, even though i saw people there with other guides who weren't concerned about what they were filming. The guide promised me to send me some nice fotos of the Taj he had on his mobile phone to my whatsapp, he never did and doesn't even answer when I reminded him about it. If you have people like this working for your company then I think the company will never be a highflyer. Realy dissapointed. It says tourguide and driver are included in the price I payed , but the reality is you still need to pay the driver , according to Paul 20 euros every day and 10 euros every day to the guide. So for the price i payed on tourradar nothing is actually included. The hotels are not included but since the company wrote on the voucher its included together with tourguide and driver i thought it was a fair price. Then they tell me hotels are not included and its a voucher mistake. The boss of the comapny was fair enough to let the hotels be included in the price but if it wasn't included than what was included tourguide and driver only ? Then why I still had to pay that asswell according to Paul ? The only thing I should have payed for extra on this tour are the entry tickets (which I did) cause it clearly said those were not included, however when it comes to tourguide and driver I should not have payed anything. The transfercost included in the 70euro that i payed to Paul for the extra hotel night should be split with the driver instead of Paul putting it in his own pocket. The driver mister Khan should have got his fair share of this amount payed. However this is all intern matter for the company to deal with. I don't recommend this company to travel to in India just because the guides here rally messed up my tour and I have the feeling the boss of this company doesn't know how things are going in his own company, no communication between the guides.   This is great that people is like you booked the tours only transport and tour guide as you can see which tour you have booked with and also Tour Radar Team Know that which tour you booked (Golden Triangle Tour 4 Days Transport And Tour Guide Only) and when you asking about the information of my travel company for your visa we were share that you choose only transport and tour guide so you have to pay for the hotel Accommodation but you talk with my manage Mr Paul and tell them that you are blogger and will recommended our company and my manager you have to paid for hotel but you did not accept and told him that you will write bad comments on my tour radar plate form so he say o k we will give you hotel in this price but after getting tour you make bad comments on my site Please can you give me details that you have paid amount for the Accommodation if you have any things we give you transport and hotels in the price which you paid for only transport and tour guide So how you can say that you not get good service if we are giving you free Accommodation in the price which you have paid for only transport and we also want to state that tour radar team can checked that you are paid only for transport how we can give you hotel fare from our side if we give you have to pay thanks for us And yes you pay 50 usd extra for your Monument Ticket for Delhi Agra Jaipur Dear Tour Radar Team we like to share that you can checked that he booked only transport and tour guide and we can show you we give Hotel Accommodation we have all the bill the guest say that if we not give hotel he will write bad review and after getting all transport and tour guide and hotel in same price you can checked
