Is there someone to meet at arrival at the airport to transfer to the hotel?

Our colleague will meet You at the airport on 29.08. Please just reconfirm to us that there is no flight changes at least 3 days in advance.

Where do I go to see what my balance is?

I am arriving earlier on 26 August. If you can arrange to pick me up then, that would be much appreciated. When I depart on 6 September, I am taking a 4:00 AM departure. Do you think I will have any problems getting to the airport at that hour?

We are sorry but for December we do not have a tour planned. If you are interested, this tour is a guaranteed departure staring on August 29th, in case Your plans might change and You would like to book this tour for these dates.

The price for this departure is 1320 euro/person on DBL room. Accommodation in a single room is 1520 euro/person, as in the brochure.

Do you have flight option with this tour?

The flight options are not included in the offered package by our side. They have to be organized extra.

Is the tour available as a private single tour starting the beginning of June?

The rate for group tour is as published online. In case You want to book the tour privately, with only you travelling, the cost will be 3400 Euro. Included in the proposal: Accommodation for 8 overnights, in 4**** hotels with breakfast and tax included. English speaking driver guide and car in disposal for all the program as described in itinerary. Entrance fees in the sites visited in the program.

I'm scheduled for a tour of Croatia from April 30-May 10 and would like to schedule another Balkan tour that would end close to April 30 so I could combine the two vacations. What do you have that would work for me?

Please note that there is a scheduled departure for the Classiocal tour of Albania on 22 April, 8 days. Probably this could be more convenient for You. Just we need to inform you that at the moment there the departure is not guaranteed, as we have not reached the min number of 4 guests to run the tour. Should we have more guests book for this date, we may inform you.

Do you accept credit cards for payments?

Most places accept payment by credit card, but it is advisable to carry some cash as well.

I liked that the tour moved quickly though the four countries. That works for me. I’m not the type of guy who wants to see four monasteries in one day. I feel that the itinerary did a good job in covering the highlights of what could be covered in that amount of time. Essentially seven days. The driving times were never too long . Also would like to praise our guide Ervin. He has been doing this tour for years and his expertise is readily apparent. He also displayed genuine interest in trying his best to make the trip enjoyable for each member of the tour. There were only four of us which allowed Ervin to get to know everyone. His easy going manner is well suited to being a guide. He also did an excellent job with the driving. The accommodations were fine. Clean and for the most part the hotels were well situated. No problems arose for me with any of the amenities. All in all , good value for the price.Show more

Ervin was a fantastic guide/driver. He was knowledgeable about all of the locations, cultures, customs, as well as some fantastic restaurants and markets. The hotels were all great as well. The tour itself was compact and very thorough, but never rushed. We had free time in every stop and stay to explore and none of the commutes were too long. I never once felt like a tourist being rushed through a site and that's very important to me. Very highly recommended, it exceeded my expectations. Thank you.Show more

I can not say enough good things about the care, knowledge and service of this trip with Ervin/Vini of Balken Insights. After multiple covid delays, I was delighted to be able to go. It was a small tour, perfectly handled with care and detail to the itinerary, schedule, and enough personal attention to tourist's needs. I especially appreciated the thoughfulness of coffee stops and market runs, a change in a hotel when it didn't quite work out and comping a dinner meal without even so much as waiting for customer feedback, Ervin was on top of it! I was able to enjoy castles and fortresses, sweeping panoramic overviews, hiking and walking, culture and food, monasteries and churches galore! I would highly recommend this tour.Show more
